The manager Eliot does a good job. The employees are always friendly. Easy to shop, organized, items in the right place. Never had a bad experience. Only thing their selections is not big as other stores. Great deals in there

Customer service is awful.The manager was yelling at customers. The alarm was going off because cashier didn’t remove security tags , she started yelling at the customer. She has no business being in that position and not knowing how to communicate with customers. She is one nasty lady and the employees are intimidated by her.

Besides the low prices and cleanliness of the store I had an emergency where I fainted in the store. All the staff and management were super helpful in the process of helping me with water and crackers. They also helped direct the fire department to right where I was. I was by myself so this was very helpful because I didn’t just lay there alone. Super great staff!!

Not only do they have low prices for clothes, food, and home supplies - they have free roach eggs for almost every purchase. Come on down!

I really used to like this store, the prices, the products are affordable and most of the time the employees are friendly. Went there yesterday 1/26 purchased a Bluetooth speaker and got the Wednesday senior discount. Today, I decided to open and use my new speaker what a fail…for one it didn’t work, the piece to connect the cord was missing and for two it wasn’t the same one that was on the box. So, I just called talked to the store manager told him the issue. He said he’d be happy to exchange the speaker, I let him know I’m going to upgrade (pay more for better quality speaker) but asked if I’d still be able to get the discount. He said no! He said “I understand it’s the stores fault for your speaker issue but senior discount day is Wednesdays only”. I am appalled!!! I mean had it not been for YOUR mistake I wouldn’t have to waste my time, gas and money coming back! I am really upset. As a customer service sales associate, I’ve been working in retail for many years and this is not good customer service at all, especially from a manager. One thing for sure after I return my “defective device” Roses can kiss where the sun don’t shine! I will never refer anyone to THIS location it’s bad business.

My experience today @ 7:30pm was horrible in the least, first we were in line for about 12 minute with one cashier open while he was doing a refund for a customer while the manager stood there by his side while he count out every penny. 2nd not one staff member including the Manager (Female) had on a mask. 3rd when the Manager did decide to open up a second cashier common curiosity you call the available person to that station which she did not. 4th stock and appearance of the store was horrible and finally I will not be shopping at this store again

I love roses and usually it's well-stocked but yesterday when my husband and I went in they were out of a lot of stuff some of the shelves are practically empty and there was a lot of stuff from the truck still wrapped in plastic or even in boxes...... just placed on the shelves we had to take the products out of the boxes and wrappers ourselves

I was going to rate a 3. I was so disappointed in the customer service or lack thereof, the cashier was a gloom cookie. It doesn't cost anything to return a polite gesture or greeting.?
