Rosedale staff was very accommodating I was in an emergency situation in an emergency room here in Richmond they're representative received me and called the admissions manager Amber who was kind enough to accommodate me with a private room I even had dinner waiting for me I had left the emergency room a little late I had sandwiches drinks and snacks the therapy department greeted me and was very encouraging and I was able to complete the task was given I cannot speak enough of the professionalism and also they help me get to appointments that was just immediate and unplanned and for that I thank them Rachel did everything she could to keep me calm when I thought I was going to miss an appointment she helped me with transportation and she let me know that I was available for her every staff that I interacted with was kind enough to provide contact information for them for me support staff was awesome Vicky was nice Samantha was nice and some of the young ladies I didn't get their name but I just called them precious one all of my nurses I just appreciate them all I have been in a rehab situation for almost 4 months so this is just really great if I find myself needing rehabilitation I will not hesitate to come back to Rosedale because they make you feel special they have a way of putting a a name with your face thank you Rosedale we're family.

I wish there was more oversight on the reviews. Some of these people leaving reviews work there. That's a fact.

This place is beyond bad. Food is horrible with hardly ANY veggies being served. SOME of the staff of the workers are bad. Some very good staff. Most are contractors. This place literally STINKS.

Painting the halls and changing furniture is like lipstick on a pig. Not thinking to paint the patients' rooms and change THEIR furniture\beds. I barely EVER saw a dinner with any vegetables. I mean you would think the "chef" would prepare a well rounded meal. The food was bad to look at and I am sure not much to eat. The residents had no choice. My fam had a choice because I made it so. The Director of Nursing seemed like "he" didn't care. I am sure "he" was there for a paycheck.

After what just happened in Colonial Heights; I hope all Nursing homes in VA are on notice.

If you have loved ones here; YOU BETTER CHECK ON THEM. I would come up here everyday like I did.

If you love your family members DON'T allow them to go to this facility! The very few good staff there is are constantly overworked and overstretched. Facility intentionally keeps it understaffed, sometimes as bad as 2 nurses and only 2 CNAs for an entire unit. Call bells get intentional left unanswered for hours, medication might or might not be available all depends on the unreliable out of state pharmacy they insist on using. Your family members might be verbally abused. Also, dietary I have have seen more palatable food served at refuge camps

Rosedale is the best place ever for activities and care. Rehab is amazing. Food well seasoned. And maintenance is the great. Nurses ready care as g brand the call of duty. And I really love their popcorn machine.

Great place for rehab. Nursing staff is friendly. Always clean. Tewana the Social Work is amazing!! She helped me navigate the whole process to get my mom back home after rehab.

Rosedale is a very caring place to have your love one. Their rehabilitation staff is extremely professional and very concerned that their patients get the best quality of care. The food was spot on for the healing process (my father said it was excellent)! The facility is up to date - clean and we'll maintained.

I appreciate the staff for working with my brother during his admission. The staff worked with him to get him comfortable and met his needs. I especially want to say thank you to Will, the maintenance director for getting his tv hooked up as well as his bed. Special thanks to the administrator for making sure he got exactly what he needed. Thanks to you all, me and my brother definitely appreciate it!!

I have been in wound care at Rosedale for seven months. The first time I walked in the building I was impressed with how nicely it was decorated and the cleanliness. When I first started the building was going through some management changes. Since then we have acquired a very strong management team who cares about their staff and the building. I love working here and I am impressed with the level of care that is given here. It is also a nice size building. Not too large and not too small. Activities here goes above and beyond!!
