My dog hasn’t been groomed since he got home from the litter, but since he never really had a problem smelling or being dirty he’s never gone. However, one day he got into something, probably my fault for walking him somewhere we shouldn’t have, and he smelled like a sewer.

It was an emergency that neither my dog nor I were prepared for. Luckily, the groomers at Rogers Park were prepared indeed!

They overcame the attitude of my extremely fussy and uncompromising German Shepherd, a dog unacclimated to professional grooming. He left looking beautiful and smelling super clean. I want to commend their skill, steady hand, and professionalism, thank you for getting the job done Rogers Bark!

I’m so glad we found Roger’s Bark for our standard poodle. They came highly recommended for poodles by another groomer who was short on staff and couldn’t fit him in. This was our 7-month old puppy’s first groom at a groomer (his breeder had groomed him at home previously) and we weren’t sure what would be best for him as his adult coat is starting to come
in. We discussed some options and looked at some photos and she helped me pick a cut that would be easier to maintain at home but still keep length on his legs. She did an incredible job and gave him a beautiful cut and made an extra effort to get him ready on time even though you never know how long a first groom will take. She helped educate me on what we can do at home to help him for his next groom and was flexible about scheduling his next appointment and working with us to see if we can do some maintenance at home. He looked completely happy and relaxed when I came to get him and clearly loved all of the staff. Everyone we spoke to was so friendly, kind, and lovely. And the shop itself is in a beautiful location (see photos to see our guy in front of the shop. I can’t say enough nice things about Heather and her team, and if you are a poodle owner, this is your place!

Our first time here and it was a lovely experience! I spent three hours as a nervous wreck because my Rory has never been boarded or professionally groomed before. When I picked her up she looked beautiful, smelled wonderful, and most importantly was happy as can be. She’s a very energetic and squirmy girl, so I had a fear she could accidentally get injured during her nail trim or when they cleaned her ears, but she was perfectly fine! Being away from her for three hours was absolutely worth it; I can tell the staff took their time with her and take pride in their work. <3 :)

Great service. Front desk staff was super nice and accommodating! Their pricing is good for all the services they do and they’re very kind. Could have easily overcharged me and they didn’t. Will be going back!

The team at Roger’s Bark Pet Salon took very good care of my pup, Teddy. They were honest about how much hair they would have to cut off. He looked great and we have no complaints. I would definitely come here again for future grooming needs with Teddy. Friendly staff as well as maintaining social distancing guidelines.

Rogers Bark is the best. They joyfully groom our two beasts, who are as anti-bath as two dogs can get, and even manage to trim their nails (a miracle twice over!). The staff is so kind and knowledgeable, and very flexible with scheduling. Thank you, Rogers Bark team!

Beaux needed a pedicure so I herd this place was great .. Well Beaux told me they were SOOO gentle and nice. Not to mention quick . Friendly happy people !!! Beaux asked when can we go back again 🐶
