Rockstar Pets has been my dog's "home away from home" for over three years - RSP staff treat her like she is their own, are so kind to her, and are so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They send great pictures while she is in care, and the dogs always look like they are well cared for and are having a great time. I would recommend to anyone searching for regular daycare and boarding!

This is the best part of our pups’ week! Our older guy, who’s 8 years old, has been going since he was a puppy. The staff is amazing — truly dedicated and engaged. Our boys look forward to and love their Rockstar days — always come back exhausted. The enrichment benefits have been great — our pups have learned a lot. We’re incredibly grateful to this amazing team!

Absolutely incredible doggie daycare! I have a "high spirited" terrier, and they have been amazing at ensuring he is always with a group that is a good fit for his personality where he can play safely. I love that they have a large, multi-surface outdoor space (not just a concrete pad), and let them play outside as much as possible throughout the year. When we moved to Chicago, we looked at many daycare options as we'd been spoiled by one in our prior city — Rockstar is truly the best of the best in Chicago. It's also a huge relief when we go out of town to know that he is with his usual caregivers, facility, and dogs he knows well, so no stress when we are on a trip! We have had an amazing experience here over the last two years.

Rockstar is truly the best! My pup has been going to Rockstar for 3.5 years - ever since he was a puppy - and it is by far his favorite place to be. He can’t wait to get inside in the morning and he doesn’t want to leave when I pick him up - the best thing a dog owner can hope for! Everyone there treats him like he’s their own and I can’t imagine a better place for him to go for daycare and boarding.

Recently, I dropped him off for boarding and realized I forgot some the green beans my dog gets to supplement his dinner but didn’t have enough time to go home and get to the airport for my flight. Without missing a beat, Niki (who my dog loves BTW) offered to bring some from home the next day. This may seem small but it’s an example of the little things the amazing staff at Rockstar do for their furry clients and their owners! It’s truly the best!

Our dog was timid and afraid to play with other dogs after getting bit as a puppy. Rockstar pets slowly integrated him with other dogs and after only a couple of weeks staff says he has totally come out of his shell and is engaging with other dogs and playing all day! Rockstar pets gave him the safety and confidence he needed to socialize and we could not be more grateful. Staff members take the time to get to know pets and their owners. I feel very safe leaving our dog and he always comes home happy and tired.

There’s just no competition. This is the best doggy day care in the city. We looked at every place. This is the only one with enough staff, enrichment/training, separation of breeds by temperament, and above all else OUTDOOR SPACE — also, we’ve been going here for over a year now and the staff LOVE the dogs and we love them.

Rockstar is incredible; it is so obvious how passionate they are about animal welfare and responsible pet ownership / caretaking. They recognize each dog as an individual being with their own personality and character, regardless of breed or age. Their playground includes something for all dogs: spaces to run around in, different textures to feel, a sensory garden, and shaded cots to rest. My dog was diagnosed with a vomiting disorder, and they did a staff training to make sure they recognized the signs and symptoms. They even remind pet owners to update vaccines and fecal samples to ensure the safety of all pets.

Thank you for taking care of my baby! I know how loved he is here, and how much he loves his human and fur friends at Rockstar.

This 5 star review is long over due. Rockstar Pets is seriously the best for dog boarding and daycare in Chicago. I have a high energy Irish Terrier that needs a little more supervision and smaller group play size and the staff is very careful about making sure he enjoys himself while not getting over hyped. The staff is so friendly and you get the sense that everyone there really knows the dogs. We’ve even been out at the dog beach and a Rockstar employee introduced himself to us because he knew our dog, Norris. All these things give me 100% piece of mind that our dog is in good hands when I’m out of town.
