Sad to say on Friday we had to send our max over the rainbow bridge he was 12 years old and had cancer. The doctor walked us through every step. She was very nice let us have as much time as we needed to say good bye. She took care of everything. I have been taking both my dogs there for 12 years now. I would never take my dogs anywhere else. They understand that our animals are a big part of our family. Thank you again for being there for us at a very sad time.

This was our first visit after being with the same veterinarian for the last 20 years. Our American Staffordshire Terrier, after being attacked by another dog, has trust issues. So we were very concerned how the visit would go. Especially after a terrible experience with another facility. The facility is nicely designed to have plenty of space, so if your fur baby needs a little distance from others while you wait to be seen that's not a problem. It was very clean as well. The staff could not have been any nicer or more accommodating. Dr. Trisha Cooper, while remaining professional, was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Listening and answering any questions we had. Our dog was calm the entire visit. Any anxiety we had before the visit has been laid to rest and we look forward to seeing them again for any and all future visits. I highly recommend them.

I have a cat that was diagnosed with diabetes a couple years ago. It was an uphill battle getting him regulated with many trips monthly to the vet. I had a wonderful Tech (Brook) that helped us with EVERY visit. Boris soon went into remission. It wasn't for long though and we were back visiting Brook and back to insulin shots. Remission is rare and I knew that but was happy he had the injection free time he had.
To my sadness this past year Brook left to follow a career out of State. I truly believed beeing with the same tech at every appointment helped my Boris get better as she knew him and the situation and the results spoke for themselves. Now we had to start all over....how would it be....
Well Brook hooked me up with another tech before she left....Tori. She has been wonderful!! It's like Brook is still there. She is very informative helpful and kind! We have grown to be friends. You see our pets are our family and we worry about them. We want the best help with care that we can get when they are sick along with good guidance and information to follow up with at home. I have been lucky to find that at River Ridge with Brook...Tory..and Dr Trisha!

The only downside I can tell you with River Ridge is there is no after hours ER. You have to go out of town if you have an emergency....so this is very important to have techs that can give you information to help you know what to do in case you have an emergency. I have been lucky so far not to have any. 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼although I wish they had an on call Dr.

The staff is very polite. However I had to take my dog in two times within 10 days. The first time he was there for less than 5 minutes and all they did was feel his back legs. The second time he was there for an even shorter time and all they did was listen to his heart. Each visit cost me $83. I have had dogs my whole life and have never been charged such a large amount for very little work on their part. I requested all his medical records and walked out. I have absolutely no intentions of taking him there again.

My cat got hit by a car and even though they were fully booked they made room to get him in and fix him up. Such a great caring place. Thank you so much for fixing Oscar, my cat. He had a shattered leg and skin missing it was bad, at least he is alive. They tried to make the bill as affordable as possible and they did a great job with that. Really impressed with you guys. Thank you!

Went for a new puppy check. I had suddenly developed ringworm after getting him & asked Dr. Erin to look at Jasper. She said it was a hot spot without taking a sample. When I got home & found another lesion on my leg I shaved Jasper to make it easy to see. Sure enough he is covered!
I’m moving my pet care to a vet who knows what they are doing!!

Misgendering my dog like they didn’t just read her chart, and after an ER visit I attempted to call for a recheck visit at River Ridge. Got to the point I had to speak to management because no one called me to set that appointment up. After I had called 4 times to do so.
