I highly recommend RVAH to anyone with pets. The staff is beyond amazing. They are all caring, friendly and go out of their way to make sure you and your pets are taken care of properly. Dr Mike is amazing and very knowledgeable as well as the surgeons he partners with. We had to have a surgery completed this week and everyone was so caring and answered all of our questions to make sure we were all comfortable. Post surgery Lady (our lab) had some issues and when I called to discuss they listened to our issues and got us all squared away immediately to make sure she wasn't in horrible pain any longer. We couldn't be happier and I recommend this office to anyone who asks for a referral or opinion. Photo for cuteness and attention for the review. Really, this veterinary practice is hands down the best.

They handled the health certificate for my dog to travel internationally. Not only the doctor but all his staff were very responsible and kept good communication with me until I received the actual certificate. They are all so kind and took care of my dog very well.
I am happy to drive 50 minutes to make sure my dog receive cares from these people I can trust.

Dr. Peplowski and his staff always give a warm welcome to us and our pet. Our dog Knox is our child and I fully trust this veterinary team. They bring us relief even in the most stressful situations, like Knox biting a catus… Highly recommend. Even traveled from Ohio to see them.

I am so grateful that I found Rio Verde Animal Hospital. One of our cats had a serious mouth infection and needed multiple teeth extractions. The staff was excellent and super caring. They gave our cat as much love as we do!

Dr. Peplowski and his team are fantastic! From your first phone call to when you leave the office you feel like they truly care! Everyone is extremely educated and knowledgeable about what is best for your animal. They take their time to make sure everyone feels comfortable. Our family loves Rio Verde Animal Hospital! We have seen Dr. Mike on two occasions. The first was more on an emergency basis after our dog kept vomiting. The staff was very welcoming and it was a breeze getting an appointment. Dr. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable, allowing us to be at ease in a worrying situation. Our second visit was for our other dog who is almost 15. We came to Dr. Mike after another dental specialist removed an oral myeloma tumor and then wanted to do another procedure that had us very uncomfortable especially for an aging dog. Dr. Mike took the time to discuss our options and gave his opinion of what he felt was best for our dog. His compassion, and intelligence really shined through. He is not just one of those book smart, focus on the science type vets, but is very down-to-earth, "life-smart" kind of vets. We look forward to calling Dr. Mike our family vet and all the years to come with a furry loved ones.
