I’ve been taking my dog to this vet for about a year. I wish I had started coming here way sooner. The staff here are amazing and they all truly care. Especially the vets!!!! When was the last time you saw a vet playing with the dogs in the waiting room in between appointments?! Can’t stress it enough, bring your pets here. My doggy is blessed to have these fine folks providing his care.

I am extremely disappointed with the care our dog, Theo, received from Dr. Shauna Anderson at Rimforest Animal Hospital.
During our first visit, Theo was misdiagnosed and given unnecessary antibiotics, despite actually suffering from Pannus, a serious eye condition. This misdiagnosis delayed the proper treatment and put Theo’s eyesight at risk.

When we returned for a follow-up visit, Dr. Shauna Anderson refused to prescribe the correct medication, simply because she didn’t have it in stock when that same morning I was told by the front desk that it was available. To make matters worse, she was unprofessional and rude, dismissing our concerns and telling us to go elsewhere if we weren’t satisfied. Her lack of empathy and care for our dog’s health left us feeling frustrated and abandoned.

I expected a higher level of professionalism and compassion from a veterinarian, but this experience has been nothing but disappointing. I do not recommend this clinic for anyone seeking attentive and reliable care for their pets.

I went to this Animal Hospital based on an Emergency. Unfortunately, my regular clinic would not squeeze us in. They said they had one doctor only on Saturdays. So I took a chance and called this one. My dog was begging for air all night. They suggested that I go to an Emergency Hospital 45 minutes from where I live...down the mountain, through the snow and a long drive on the freeway with a small dog that couldn't catch her breath. In lieu of this, I called this clinic...the prices were more reasonable, the Doctor met with each client explaining what was necessary, was very thorough, and obviously cared about the animals and their owners. This was on a Saturday...what a blessing this clinic proved to be❣

Entire visit for new puppy was a sales pitch. They do not offer any puppy packages.
Hard sell for high priced services and when I requested a prescription for Diphenhydramine the receptionist gave me a lecture in over the counter Benadryl. I don’t want to worry about things in the pill that would hurt my dog.
Will not be back. It’s not the same as when the previous owner was there.
It’s all about the money and not the health of your pet. My puppies future Healthcare will be off the mountain.

I’ve been going here for over 20 years and Dr. Becker is an honest vet and she does not beat around the bush, which I love about her.
The staff is great they know my dog and she likes them.

Dr. Shawna Anderson walked into the room, never introduced yourself to me. Had a chip on her shoulder that was bigger than New York Never did a hands-on exam of my cat. Treated me like I was no more important than the poop that she would find on the bottom of her shoes
ended up, leaving there with no diagnosis for my cat Who was in still is quite ill I called back and hopes that somebody took my cat temperature they did. It was 102.6 which is high high and they didn’t even bother to tell me they are very judgmental about people who need assistance from other resources to help pay their bills

There has been a slow decline over the past year in quality of care at this vet office. Unfortunately, after being a client for years, I will no longer be taking my pets here.

Ladies are always super helpful, kind, and supportive.

Lobby and PT (furry family) rooms are always very clean.

They always take good care of our animals. They are always up front about the cost and care the animals should receive.
