When I tell you this place is amazing! It’s clean and the staff is phenomenal. I have to give a special shout out to Sandy Johnson and Diane Estep, the Activity Coordinators and their team. Amazing group of folks to work with and they look after my Auntie. We planned a 100th birthday party for my Aunt and it was a blast thanks to Sandy, Diane and their team. I’m so happy this is my Aunt’s home.

My mom was at Restore for a couple of months after a fall and fractured spine. The staff at restore was great. Sometimes a little short staffed but I think that's common for today's world. The took very good care of her. The food was good. They made accomodations for her as she needed extra help with lots of falls. This is a great place for rehabilitation but you need to recognize when another level of care is needed and move as needed. She was also going through colon cancer and her legs were giving out. I do think the in house doctor could be a little more plugged in as Mom couldn't use her hands suddenly and Dr said to go to a hand specialist. Her real diagnosis was low electrolytes and needed potassium and magnesium. The Dr also seemed overwhelmed and not all the way present. Just show up and be present for your family member. Otherwise, I would recommend this place.

My mother was referred to Restore after a week long stay in the hospital. Although my mother is 86, she has been very healthy and independent her entire life so this was difficult for her and me. From day one, every area of the facility from the rooms food cleanliness and most importantly the staff, have been amazing! Her care team was knowledgeable and supportive her daily care nurse Ms.Nyla was patient with me and all my questions. My mother received the medical and nutritional management and PT/OT needed to "restore" her health to the point of returning home. I am grateful to the staff for their kind supportive care!

I would like to start out by saying that you should take these reviews seriously. I have a relative there and I am very concerned about his well being.
Just let me say that NO one should have to wait for an hour for a bed pan. Bodily fluids wait for no one. What is worse is when the residents soil themselves from waiting.
I have been in healthcare for a long time. Family members should trust the place where their loved ones are and not have to worry about what is not being done.
My first couple of times being there was not very good. I know that places are short staff, anyone can answer a call light and help with the bathroom. Nurses and CNAs should work together.
The residents are your customers they help run the place with insurance and other money. Also when are the showers given if any?
We have to do better. The residents are sad and alone already from life changes, so lets make their remaining time a good one.

Posting for a resident's family members:
Ms. Camille Johnson was admitted to the Restore Health Rehabilitation Center on March 3, 2023. This was not an easy decision for the family, as Camille had always lived independently. However, following several hospitalizations, which ultimately resulted in a decline in her functional mobility, we accepted Restore as the best location to provide the long-term support she needed.
Camille was very pleased with the intentionality of the treatment and care services afforded to her while at Restore. On a first name basis, Camille engaged with her team of support, including doctors, nurses, technicians and support staff. She valued all aspects of their assistance and services - from the timelines of meals, delivery of medications, daily hygiene support, wound care and overall facility maintenance. She also appreciated the staff’s interest in her lived experiences beyond her current condition.
In addition, the communal environment of the center also provided Camille with a sense of comfort. She was very happy getting to know other residents. In fact, we all enjoyed celebrating her 80th and 81st birthdays with the Restore community. Camille and her family also looked forward to participating in the various center activities, as such experiences served as a reminder to celebrate the time we had together.
Camille was very strong and worked with the caregivers and doctors incredibly hard and as best she could. With her family’s support, she made progress each day until she was no longer able to do so. As she forged along, our family was consistently reassured by the staff. We highly recommend the Restore Health Rehabilitation Center to other families who may seek a safe and homelike environment for their loved ones.
In closing, we all would like to say “Thank You” for providing our mother with such excellent care as she peacefully transitioned into eternal life on Tuesday, October 1, 2024.

My mother was admitted to Restore Rehabilitation after a hospital stay. From the very beginning, we received the best service starting with Ann from Admissions who was so kind and helpful getting mom into a nice room and helping us maneuver through the workings of the center. As soon as we entered the center everyone was friendly. The receptionist is helpful, sweet and a ray of sunshine. Most of the staff greet you with a good morning and a smile. Mom got the best care and support while she was there. Cindy, from Social Services, is so helpful and amazing. Shannon, from physical therapy, was so good about keeping us informed about mom's progress. Juvonia, the nutrionist, so caring. Doreen, the nurse administrator was in each family meeting to update medications and weight. And Hannah, moms nurse practitioner was always caring and friendly and so helpful. The center is clean, cheery and full of a caring staff. Mom was discharged yesterday and received an emotional send-off from the staff. Great Rehabilitation center! ❤️

Karen Boyce and her team have been giving outstanding care to my wife for nine months. The team hosted their second annual community event today, Saturday, September 21, 2024. Food and music highlighted a car show and raffle on a beautiful last day of summer. Great job, team!

During my mother's stay at Restore she and our family had a great experience. The facility outside was well maintain and the inside was clean and neat and the staff of professionals there worked as a team to ensure her health care needs were met from day one up to her day of being discharged home. My mother said she was treated well by the entire staff and our family witness the care given. A special thanks and appreciation to Ann in Admissions she was a guardian angel ensuring my mother's stay was a good experience along with the RN's Supervisors Eddie, Racquel, Doreen and Meds. RN Aisha, et al; the "White Oaks" Front Desk staff; GM's Nadine, Stephanie, Daisy, Tiffany, Christina et al; Karen in Financial Services, Cindy the Social Worker, et al., Shannon the Rehab Supervisor and staff, Camy, Arron et al; Sandie Activities Dept., et al. and Juvonia the Dietician thanks to all for the heartfelt care they provided my mother which gave her the care, safety and reassurance she needed to fill comfortable as if she were at home. My family's decision to rate the service provided at "Restore" by the entire team of true professionals and their level of service and commitment is admirable and it rates on the highest bar of excellence, so our Rating is 5 Stars. Sincere Thanks and Appreciation to the Entire Restore Team!!
