I began coming to Rehab Authority because I needed to learn how to walk with a prosthetic leg. From the moment I walked (wheeled) in I was greeted by friendly and caring staff at the front desk. My therapist took the time to get to know me and to learn what I hoped would be the outcome of receiving therapy.
My therapist is pretty amazing. I still need therapy but what I am able to do right now is far beyond what I thought I would I would be doing. I have now had the pleasure of working with almost all of the therapists. They are SO knowledgeable about my treatment . They help me achieve my goals with kindness, their expertise and the ability to make me work hard. I have observed them working with other patients and I see those patients receiving the same great care that I get.
I am still going to Rehab Authority for PT but I couldn’t find a better place. I look forward to the things they will help me achieve.
I didn’t mention names because I have been able to work with most of the staff. I just hope they know who they are and what their help means to me. I am very appreciative of their treatment.

If I could give more stars I would. Great experience . Medin is friendly and knowledgeable. Her bedside manner is great, She listens to her patients .She honestly cares about you. The staff is friendly and inviting. It is relaxed enough to not be intimidated but still professional. I was given a choice of 3 other places to do PT. I told my Dr I only want to go to Rehab Authority. As I had previously taken my daughters here, many years ago and had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend to everyone.

I love this office! I drive 25 minutes away from a different Rehab Authority that's closer to my house because I like this one so much better! Cassidy is amazing. She's friendly, efficient and smart. You can tell she cares alot about the patients that go here. Medin is amazing as well. She's understanding, caring, friendly and knows her stuff! She's a joy to work with. Everyone here is great but those 2 deserve a special mention. The facility is clean and welcoming. I almost never have to wait(and if I do it's because I arrived early and it's not that long that I have to wait) and I'm always greeted upon arrival and given a nice farewell when I leave. I can't say enough good things about Caldwell Rehab Authority. I've been here for 2 different physical therapy needs about a year apart and as I get older, I know for sure that I'll keep choosing this office. They are truly professionals. Thank you all for being amazing Healthcare workers!

Never had to go to PT before and honestly wasn’t expecting much, but I’m honestly so impressed how each session makes such an improvement. Even if I slip up and don’t do my home workouts, coming even 2x a week makes such a difference for me. Especially love Medin and front desk is so personable and friendly. A great experience and great vibes all around.

I can't recommend RehabAuthority-Caldwell highly enough!!! They are truly a TEAM of excellent therapists and techs that combine their knowledge and expertise to find the best program for you and whatever issue you are currently working on. Their collaboration has led to new revelations about my injury that has led to new techniques and programs that have made a real difference for me! Definitely give them a try if you are in the market for a new PT/Rehab spot!!!

I came here looking for treatment for my flexibility problems due to problems behind my knees. When I came not only did I get the right treatment that helped relieve some pain while letting me become more flexible, I also got met with a kind, welcoming staff. No matter who you get placed with, they will make sure to treat you thoroughly, as well as their front desk lady who makes paying and setting up future appointments extremely easy!
