Dr Morgan and staff are the best. When your pup is sick and not feeling well they can’t tell you what is wrong that is when its important that your vet is able to diagnose and prescribe a good course of action with a clear explanation. This clinic has always been there and given us great service!

Regency Veterinary Clinic is the best! I always have the most amazing experience there! Dr. Morgan and his staff are absolutely amazing! Everyone there is so sweet, happy and sensitive as to why you're bringing your pet to them. My dog Maisey has always been scared to go to the Vet but once we switched to Regency, that all changed. They sure know how to take care of animals and always keep them as healthy as can be! I highly recommend them on every level!

They are thorough - intelligent -- patient -- kind thoughtful and loving to both the pets and their owners -- and offer incredible support and wisdom when difficult and heart wrenching decisions need to be made. Rude staff! I will never come back to this place again. I do not recommend this place!!!!

It took 3 phone calls to them to get any answers and to get results. The visit was on Monday and they promised to send the results to my email "in a few days", but after waiting a week I had to call them back to get results.

Without going into detail, my pup who is very friendly and loves people did not feel comfortable here.

I specifically described what I'm looking for and what needs to be done before going in, and was quoted $225 on the phone.

When we got there the price changed to $289 because I had a "senior" dog. Bait and switch.

Which is complete bs because I gave them my dog's age on the phone. I felt ripped off and when I brought it up they said "there is nothing we can do"

I pay, get the receipt, and it says "10+ years old senior" my dog is 9 years old.
