Disgusting facilities and rude management. My expectations were not high at all when booking this place (I’ve stayed in my fair share of cheap spots). I simply just needed somewhere to lay my head. The exterior is super sketchy, but the inside is even worse. Upon walking into the room, multiple roaches greeted me by scurrying across the floor. The bed and sheets were stained with what appeared to be bodily fluid. The mattress that was visible was stained as well. The light in the bathroom did not work. There was no toilet paper to be found.

The refund/room change policy is that you must modify your booking or request a refund within 15 minutes after you book. When asking for a refund, which I simply requested calmly without mentioning the countless reasons, the night manager was extremely rude. I was charged a $5 cleaning fee, which is evidently all they pay their cleaners based on the state of the room, for “lifting up the sheet” and told that “if that’s a problem, to call the police.”

Please, whatever you do, do not stay in this broke down, roach-infested, dust bucket if you know what’s good for you and your health.

Filthy bathroom! Dirty, worn, extremely thin, hard towels! Only had two towels and one wash cloth in the room for three people. Bad neighborhood! There was an awful, overpowering smoke smell making it hard to sleep. I’m not sure if the room above us was smoking even though they were supposedly smoke free rooms. We had to wait along time to check in, and no one was in the office when we went to check out. Front office door window was shattered, and several motel rooms had their windows boarded up. Did not feel safe here with my children at all.

Where to begin. Bathroom had black mold and the front door wasn't sealed correctly so even with the air on hot if was still cold all night. The room was missing the smoke detector which is probably illegal. The blankets were paper thin and they is no shampoo provided.

They listed as having a breakfast on Priceline but upon arriving the lady said there was not and the front office looks like a homeless encampment. It's not a price cheap place.

Since it seems the owner like to reply to one start reviews as "person did not stay here" so I'm attaching pictures as proof. Do not stay here.

EDIT
To the owner, because we drive 10hrs while arriving late and were too tired. Your response is a straw man argument. There's no reason what so ever to have nasty mold in the bathroom!

This review on google is very delayed, but I felt I should copy my review that I placed on Orbitz so others will have an understanding of our experience at this location.

Our stay here was horrible and had nothing to do
with the power going out due to Hurricane Ida. We knew that was not there fault. Even
before that we had a hard time getting anyone to
answer the phone when calling the hotel. The place
apparently was in the middle of replacing some
rooms so there was stacks of mattresses/box springs
in the parking lot(not good when a hurricane is
coming. Someone was trying to repair cars on the
property. Right the front were 3 junked cars. The tv
didn't work…no cable. I went to the front and the
person that finally answered said they would contact
the cable company. Never heard anything back.room
was stocked with a half roll of toilet paper, no
soap.no phone in the room. Our last night there my
sister wanted to come stay with us with our dogs. On
the front window it said to notify if you will have pets
and there's be a charge. We understood this. I talked
with the guy and he said it was ok. My sister drove
40 miles to spend time with us and was told she
couldn't stay with the dogs by another lady on
premises. The guy that worked there that said it was
OK kept his mouth shut. All this while several other
people at the hotel I had pets. It was a miserable
experience and I will never ever again for any reason
stay here. It's poorly maintained and the people
running it just seem like they don't care.

You Gotta Bet Smoking and Eating Crack To Stay Here. I Watched The Owners Physical Removed Guest and Keep The Property of Guest. Allow Guest to Run Up Room Debt, and Then Look Them Out and Keep Belongings. A Total Dump!

I would never stay here due to the poor ratings and also due to the insane manager who approached our vehicle when my wife and I pulled into the parking lot in order to pick up a friend who needed a ride. The manager approached our vehicle and when my husband roll down the window he asked if we had a room. He told him that we were there to pick up our friend, and he rudely threatened us that he would call the police if we did not leave the property immediately (repeatedly)! In the vehicle where my wife and our two young children, so what would we possibly be doing there that the shady guests are not already doing? I highly suggest avoiding this location in this entire neighborhood in general. Insanity! 😳

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Rat traps everywhere, holes in the walls, nasty sheets and stains on blanket. The pillows were mildewed!!! The only reason I stayed at this hotel all night was because I evacuated for hurricane Laura and all the other hotels was booked. It is very unsanitary!!! Needs to be condemned!!! Manager would not give me a refund for the second night because check out was at 11 and I checked out at 12:15 because I was trying to find another hotel that had vacancies. Please don’t stay at this hotel under no circumstances!!!!

Currently staying here due to the moving process. Lady at the front desk was a sweetheart and tended to any needs as soon as she could. I can't complain. U gotta do what u gotta do sometimes. Aq
