This is a horrible, horrible place. Only one RN on staff. The rest of the staff are uneducated, untrained aides. Neglect is rampant. Patients are allowed to suffer in their own urine and feces. Others become dehydrated because no one will help them drink. Doctor shows up when someone dies.

The lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I am consistently not greeted by anyone, and when I approach the desk for assistance—often with no one else in line—the staff completely ignores me. It is imperative that there is more training and a significant improvement in the professionalism and friendliness of the staff.

I am very appalled at the lack of care at your center. My brother was there and had to wait 6 hours for his meds. He has cried himself to sleep from the pain he was going through. Get some people that truly care about their patients and will take care of them.

I am currently a graduate student in a victim studies program. I am writing a 10 page paper over this facility. My meme was a patient here for about a week. Was left for hours begging for help and pressing the call button for assistance to the bathroom. She was denied a shower due to not having a trash bag for her leg cast. She was treated like she was not human. This breaks my heart. It smelt of urine and she was up all night hearing desperate screams. If anyone has a loved one here, please save them. APS should be contacted. This place is out of a horror movie.

First of all they have a great maintenance man Andre he came in right on time much appreciated...they have a beautiful staff Bernice and Bird in administration, The amazing superwomen Latonya, Annette, Diane, Teresa, Kelly, Sina, Elouise, and Florence what amazing CNA'S... That beautiful weekend receptionist that was so helpful with a smile 😊

After looking at several nursing homes I placed my family member in Red Oak Health & Reh almost 6 months ago, thus far this place have exceed my expectations. My family member have received great care from the staff since arriving. Everyone that I have encountered in these 6 months have always welcomed my family and I with a warm smile as we visited our love one. The administrator and the nursing director are very open when I visit and truly gives a detail report of my love one. Her and her staff provides such amazing care and a well kept building. I'm very proud that I chose this facility.
