We had to say goodbye to our pup today. I’m really glad we chose to come here. It didn’t feel like your standard medical atmosphere, it was very homey. The entire staff was very sympathetic and genuine. I’m so glad we got Dr. Stofer. For such a horrible day, I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you.

I'm glad so many people are happy with your animal hospital, and I'm sorry you feel this two-star rating is undeserved. Even if this isn't the name in your system, I can assure you I do not make up unfavorable reviews for fun.
I have no interest in calling, but if you would like an explanation, I brought in a pet in distress and the vet dismissed me as overreacting to the symptoms. After seeing no improvement, I brought the pet in a second time and was once again nearly dismissed by a second vet, but when I insisted, in-office tests were run and it became apparent euthanization was the kindest option for the animal.
I am always going to feel guilty not knowing if the animal suffered between those first and second appointments.
I gave two stars because the office staff did get me in right away both times when they realized how concerned I was.

I've been taking my girl, Nellie, here since she was a puppy and I've always been happy! Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and caring people here. Nellie just had an allergies flare-up that I've never seen, and they were able to immediately schedule us in for a visit! Definitely recommend. It's a good feeling knowing you're taking your pet some where, where people really care about what they're doing! Thank you!

I would never recommend this vet over $700 in bloodwork for a cat who has a head cold. I had to call them three times to get the results from those tests today I call them back and explain her head is huge and they say there’s nothing they can do today very inexperienced and rude.
This is an
update took her to St Charles Vet. They were able to look at the bloodwork done at this vet and acknowledge she has hyperthyroidism and put her on medication and gave her antibiotics for a severe head cold. How hard would that have been for the red barn paid for the bloodwork they knew the blood results, they could have put her on medication

First time here after moving to the area. Staff was very friendly and genuinely interested in all that my Ramsey has been through. Dr's exam was thorough and she reviewed the previous vet's records. Pricing was fair and no issues finding a place to park.

Both Hampshire and Gilbert's Red Barn have taken great care of all of my cats. The staff at both locations are great, and so are the vets. The pricing for services is affordable.

Our veterinarian was enormously helpful and knowledgeable in resolving our kitten and adult cat “relationship issues” (who knew there were cat pheromone plug-ins?!?) and she clearly has a heart for felines. She made our scaredy cat feel welcomed, safe, and comfortable in her presence. We highly recommend her.

Dr. Sarah Stone is the BEST! We've used her for over 15 years and love her as our vet! The facility is very clean and the rest of the staff is excellent as well.
