Scheduling was a breeze and the staff were very nice. Our cat was brought in for a dental cleaning. Upon an initial examination, the vet doctor stated that all looked good and it should be a simple cleaning, although after x-rays they’d determine if there’s any concerns and would call before taking action. There was something to call about but they didn’t call whatsoever. They didn’t even call after he was done and it sounds like he was done for some time. I called 15 minutes before they closed worried about him, but lo and behold, he’d been done for some time! Who knows what would happen if they closed and he was still there as their own incompetence would’ve been blamed on me for holding them up from locking the doors so I could come get him.

It wasn’t until my wife arrived that they said they removed two teeth. This was not an urgent procedure, and we were in no way notified that this would be happening so did not consent. If it were an emergency, sure do what you need but SAY SOMETHING! But again, it wasn’t an emergency, just a “well it would happen eventually”. To just go ahead and do a non-urgent procedure, not communicate about this as was promised, and then put the cost on us was infuriating.

When I called to ask if he was done, the receptionist told me they were short staffed — this brings complications in the work day sure, but to completely miss calling to REQUEST PERMISSION to pull teeth and notify about new charges for it when it’s NOT URGENT OR NECESSARY, and then not call when he’s done and I’m left worried sick as they’re about to close down? Understaffed doesn’t excuse that.

We’re happy that all went well for our cat, but the lack of communication in these instances feel like a very serious offense. We will not be returning.

Very happy with our first visit. Our normal vet couldn't get us in. So we tried Reata out and I will not be going back to my old vet. The Dr had more knowledge about my dogs autoimmune disease than any vets she has seen. Felt like we got great options for her for the future. Very personable and caring.

Jonathan and his staff take such good care of our horses! We have older horses and a 2 year old and his momma. Reata is very responsive in an emergency and gives good follow up care. They provide all prophylaxis and education every time. They are kind and love our animals like we do!

I just lost my beloved dog who was the last of three. Dr. Pearson was his doctor and she is phenomenal. She met him some months back for a regular check up and was there when I brought him in when his health declined. Nacho was his name and when it became apparent he was at the end with little possible to save him Dr. Pearson was with my family as we said our tearful goodbye. She made me feel better about my decision and the process and cried with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor at this time of need. I can’t sing her praise enough and if you have a pet that needs a doctor she is the best around. Reata and all its staff from office manager to assistants and the doctors are the very best I’ve ever encountered. Please take advantage of this newly opened facility. Thank you again Dr. Pearson.

Reata Veterinary Hospital has raised the bar for veterinary care. Our experiences with them have been nothing short of exceptional. We had the opportunity to work with two of their skilled doctors, and both exceeded our expectations. The staff's camaraderie is evident, and their passion for their work is inspiring. I highly recommend Reata for all your veterinary needs.

This is a lovely place. My horse is seen by Reata equine Dr. Heinrichs and I couldn't be happier with the care provided. Everything is also very reasonably priced for small animals and equine. When I realized they now see dogs and cats too, I decided to bring mine. It is a relaxing environment with caring staff. My dogs have been seen here by Dr. Pearson and they absolutely love her. I think the most meaningful aspect of this place is that they make time for you and your pet. So, if your pet is sick and needs an urgent or emergency care, they make time for you.

Amazing place! They are kind, understanding and supportive every step of the way! This is also the first veterinarian/animal hospital that didn’t shame me for having limited funds! I felt so welcomed and they saved my little pug’s life from an infection. A previous vet told me that the swelling and bruising on her leg would last 2 weeks. With the medicine Reata prescribed, it was gone within days. They are awesome! I will never go to another vet or hospital!

Great experience in a very stressful situation. The staff went above and beyond to get my Goldendoodle checked and treated. Their prices were reasonable without trying to add unnecessary things. Thank you!
