The best vet I have found by far. I can not say enough good things about them! From the staff up front that answers the calls so kind and professional. They don't have attitude the don't rush you, they take time to set up your appointment and answer questions, and if they don't know thr answer they make sure to get you a correct answer and get back to you. & Dr. Pete, this doctor is amazing. He is patient and kind and caring. He cares about your pet. He took care of my Xena like she was his own dog. He saw how distressed I was when I had to leave her for a dental and growth removal since she is 12years yes I was scared and worried. He took the time to explain everything they would do and even let me walk her to her room where she would wait. Just amazing, and after the surgery, he took time to explain everything that happened and took the time to do so. I'm telling you that you go to so many vets where they rush you cause you are just a $$ in their eyes, but not here you are family and treated as such. So thank you Dr. Pete and your amazing staff for showing me such kindness. I will only go to you guys and recommend everyone to go to you guys. ♥️🐾🐶

I have been going here for about 10 or so years. Regardless of Veternarian, Vet tech or administrator I have had in contact with I am always happy with the experience. Everyone is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I have had. Everyone is always professional and very helpful. I always feel safe and comforted knowing they have my Sheri (dog) in their hands. Even though I have moved about 40-45 minutes away, they are still my families vet.

Brought my dog Frank in here cause he cut his paw and was in need of stitches. Went in without an appointment and Peter couldn’t have been more accommodating. I have had dogs treated at Rand Road AH since 1983. to say the least, this AH is great at all levels. the Docs are caring and knowledgeable. the techs, the assistants, and the front desk staff are extremely helpful at all levels. if you are in the area and looking for the best place for animal care, I invite you to come to Rand Road AH. You will not be disappointed.

I have had experience with several veternarian's offices over the years due to various moves; however, this one stands out as the best. This small (from the outside), unpretentious animal hospital on Rand Road offers an amazing, skilled veterinarian, staff and front desk. They take the TIME to be with your pet and give them the best possible care. It would be hard to find another clinic with this high caliber of customer service. They are not in it for the money. This is the only place I will take my three dogs. Dr. Pete is NOT the type of doctor that jumps to the gravest & most expensive conclusions first - he has knowledge and ideas he puts into practice before he ever decides surgery is necessary.
