Walked in Sunday Evening, and was told it was 15 till they close. Which was true & fine but the whole time we where in there the two employees mentioned to us 3 times to us that they where about to close even after they knew they said it to us already. We werent there for more then 5 or so mintues and were supposed to have 10 ish to shop but we were so uncomfortable to the point where I said to my family and both of the employees okay guys lets just get what we have for the cats and stop searching for our dog; because clearly we are in a rush & unwelcome here. Employees had no response besides sour faces because clearly this is their typical treatment of clients and were shocked someone corrected them to their face. I then told them I would not spend another dollar here while feeling rushed and treated such way. Still no response. They were so adamant on closing exactly on time, several other families walked out due to feeling uncomfortable & one family even said, I thought the sign said 6 maybe they should update it. As someone who works in retail I understand closing time & having a family to get home to, but after seeing the treatment of customers and the disrespectful customer service me, my family, and from what I saw several others will not ever be coming back.

Fun place for the animal lover. They have everything under the sun. T-Shirts, Decals, Cookie Jars, Calendars and so much more. Also have a variety of collars, treats and such.

DO NOT GO HERE. Racist vibes!!!! My boyfriend and I entered the store and was not greeted at all. There was a woman in an orange puffer vest who was originally behind the register then proceeded to follow us around the store which made us feel extremely uncomfortable. She greeted everyone else and said goodbye besides us. I was going to purchase two things but after that interaction we will never be going back. Someone wrote a review 8 YEARS AGO stating the same thing. The workers/owner never changed.

This store is very well stocked. I don't know how many items they have but it's large to begin with and there's so much to see. From locally sourced items to regular items you would expect to see they have it all. We were promptly and warmly greeted upon entering. The store is neat and clean. There's parking everywhere being in Olde Mystic Village. The whole village is great to visit and walk through. This is NOT a tourist trap. It's a great local small business worth checking out!

This store is FULL of amazing items and cute gifts. But most importantly, the staff is knowledgable and very helpful. I recently visited on 5/29/2022 at 11:33am to look into cbd oil for my 16 yr old Mini Pinscher. The staff member working the counter I walked up to was knowledgable about the cbd products they offered, how helpful it was for her dog and helped me decide on a product to try. Also - IMMEDIATELY after his first dose, my dog is now more mobile, and visibly in less pain. Thank you so very much for helping me find a product that will help improve the quality of my elderly dogs' life. I appreciate you. <3
