When our groomer was no longer able to groom our pup, we had to look elsewhere. After “trying” a few other groomers, we discovered Rachel’s Dog Grooming in Milpitas, Ca.
Stefani is a godsend. She has done wonders with our pup. She does excellent work and her grooming skills are fantastic. We also appreciate her honesty when it comes to the handling of our pup.
We HIGHLY recommend this business… we have been more then satisfied with all staff

Super friendly and clean environment! I’m SUPER picky with my baby and where he goes and when I picked him up today I was so happy to see not only how he was but how calm and unafraid he was (he goes everywhere with me!) My 15 month old puppy REFUSED to let me cut her nails. She was absolutely impossible. I called Rachel’s and got an appointment within an hour. It was affordable, clean and all the people who work there were kind and patient. It took 2 people to make the mail trim happen and they did it in under 10 minutes. No trauma, no screaming. I’m so happy to have found this great family shop and will rely on them for our nail trimming in the future.

This review is for Stephenie. She is very aggressive and arrogant. When I was talking to her about my dog generally she got so mad/aggressive that she raised her voice, pointed the door with both the hands yelled "take your chipmunk(my dog) and go out of the shop", I was shocked bcaz of her abusive behavior and cried in my car. I pray to god that Karma will catch her and this place should close down. If a person can be like this to a human I can not imagine what she will do to the dogs.

I'm a new dog owner and I have been relying on referrals from other dog owners for advice and where to take my pup. My friend sent me here after bringing her dogs one time and she really sold me just by the way she spoke about Rachel.

Booking was super easy, pricing affordable, super clean, & grooming was great. They are a small family run business! Of course I am supporting them. Rachel and her family reminded me of my family. They were super nice and professional. I felt right at home with them while picking up my dog.

She really knows what she is doing. Highly recommend taking your dog to her!!

Rachel is a great groomer and extremely patient and caring with my dog. Rachel has been taking care of my dog (chihuahua mix) for over a year, previously at the Humane Society of Silicon Valley and now here. My dog is extremely shy and was pretty much afraid of everyone. Rachel gained my dog's trust so now Rachel is one of the few humans my dog willingly allows to hold her. I highly recommend Rachel! You won't regret bringing your dog to her.
