Sissy, the owner of Puppy cuts groomed our little Hannah. I was hesitant a little at first but after seen Hannah wagging her tail and seen what a great job Sissy did. I will definitely be going back. Just because the place is not so fancy doesn't mean it's not a great place. You can't judge a book by it's cover. Just saying. I never give 5 stars to anything because nothing is ever perfect. Other than the facility needing some updated decor, Sissy is a 5 star in my book. Great with talking to the animals as well as her grooming skills. Thank Sissy!!! Great work!

I had a horrible experience. My wife took are havanness who is my wifes support dog. She dropped her off at 2 and was told it may take up to 3 hours cuz she had one dog ahead of her. We called 2 and half hours later to be told she is a "work in progress" more like i haven't started. We get called at 7 to be told that she wants to hold her overnight cuz its gunna take her too long! We told her just finish tonight and when we got there 10 minutes later she still wasn't done. We left at 8pm! it took her 6 hours to shave my dog bald! Worst place ever to see still in business.

I was charged $50 for them to just bald my maltipoo's hair. I didn't take her myself (big mistake) and they told my husband that her hair had to be cut short. They didn't cut it short, they shaved her. I was pissed. This is the third time they do this. I can only justify this the first time because her hair was long and tangled, but not this time. I feel like they are lazy to cut hair and shaving is easier and they charge whatever they want.

I have only used this place for nail trimmings and at first the visit was good, but then, I don't know what happened?

the next two visits I didn't like, she over clipped one nail, both occasions, of course my dog wasn't to come here any more, plus I sense a little attitude as if she didn't want my business, so I no longer go here.

My wife took our dog there to get bath and haircut. 2.5 hours later the lady said the dog would be ready in 10 min my wife gets there and the place is closed. My wife called to no answer, then the lady text my wife saying she went to get went to get lunch, 20 min later she returns and gives my wife our dog, but neglected to bath our dog.

I can’t believe how disgusting this place is!!!!! I walked in and she screamed at me to get out saying it’s under construction.... it was clearly not under construction, it was a filthy disgusting mess!!! It smelled like a dirty dog house that hadn’t been cleaned in 10 years!! Please don’t take your animals here! They will probably get some sort of infection! I’m literally in shock of how disgusting this place was!!
