We were looking for a new groomer as we were unsatisfied with the last. I met Ashlynn when she came in to buy a car from me (insert plug here) at Manchester Honda. I set an appointment with her and dropped him off this morning. She kept me in the loop with texts and photos along the way. A few hours later he was ready and looked amazing. Best cut he’s had. We found our new spot! Highly recommend Ashlynn!

I have a 9 month siberian cat. She has enough fur to make 2 cats. She was matted. When I dropped her off I wasn't sure how much of all that fur they would need to take off. Happy to say she looks absolutely wonderful. Doesn't look they had to shave anything. No bald spots. Tammy thank so very much for taking great care of Willow! Thank you to the staff for the awesome customer service!

Let me start off by saying that the only reason this place gets 2 stars instead of 1 star is because our dog always looked good. Their work came out very nice. However, our dog’s safety is the main concern and I do not think our dog was very safe here. We took her here every 4 months for about 2 years. She probably came about 6 times. She would always come home scared. When she was a puppy we didn’t think much of it, just that she didn’t like to be separated from us. However when this behavior continued when she was a little over 2 years old. We started to get worried. Our dog would pull against going into there, and fight really hard to stay outside. When she came home she would be scared. She is a good sleeper and especially when she was after 1, always slept through the night. Every time we brought her here though, she would wake up in the middle of the night whimpering so much that my husband or I would have to go see her and take her outside. This never happened unless she had just come back from pupperdoos. We started taking her to another place to see if it was different, and it very much was. Our dog left there happy and slept through the whole night. I don’t know what they do at pupperdoos but I know my dog will not be coming back.

My cat is ~20 years old and stopped being able to properly groom himself a few years ago. He hated being brushed and so I was unable to keep up with grooming him and he ended up very dirty and full of mats. Brought him in this morning and wish I had done it sooner! They were able to remove all of the mats with barely any shaving. He's perfectly soft and happy now and looks 5 years younger. Cleaning an elderly cat is no small task and the team here did amazing work.

My senior dog is always well taken care of by Jack! He knows how to manage her old lady temperament and gets her smelling and looking beautiful. I highly recommend any of the groomers at Pupperdoos. They always call for reminder appointments and have this appointment card that has a sticker on it for people who still use paper calendars 🙂

We have brought our long haired cat, Oliver here twice now and are so happy with this groomer. They are reasonably priced and very knowledgeable on how to properly handle cats which is hard to find. He looks (and smells) great and we can tell that they treat him really well while he's in their care. He's been strutting since after his appointment yesterday-he knows he's pretty ;)! Thank you again, we will definitely be back!
