Very polite personnel and the facility is always very clean. They listen to the patient, by that I mean, they don't have the doctor is always right attitude. I am very protective of my 3lb demon dog; hence, he's geriatric now and there's some routine shots I no longer want him rcvg, they consented. The clinic is very accommodating.?

Worst vet office I’ve ever been to. I’ve had vet care from big farm livestock to kitties, puppies and wild animals my entire life. Had to relocate, so found myself in Malvern Ark at the Providence Veterinary. Never seen such uncaring, money hungry vets in my life. They just want to prod and test and run my animals over and over; the vets are all young and while that’s not a deal breaker- they just are so uncaring. Every answer seems like a defaulted robot. They do not work with Chewy, which would save me $100 on a prescription- I have to buy from them or change vets once again. Oh and they highly recommend a full day of testing all over again on my pet- I told the receptionist- thanks but I know my dog pretty good- he’s felt better the past 5 months than he has in years. She just looked down at her keyboard. Nothing like- oh great, that makes me happy, I will record that in his chart.
Thankfully this is my last prescription, because I’m moving to another office for animal care!

This is the best vet I have ever used and will never go anywhere else. They are so sweet and compassionate and take EXCELLENT care of all pets and owners. The vets and their staff truly go above and beyond for every animal they take care of and all services are all VERY fairly priced. We had to put my miniature schnauzer down this morning and they squeezed us in and got to us promptly despite being slammed. The vet and his assistant were so sweet and patient as it took him a little longer to fall asleep and they even gave us a piece of paper with his paw print on it. The receptionist, the Vets, and their assistants are all amazing and are blessings. I will never forget how amazing they were and I cannot thank them enough.

We had an emergency with a 4 day old male puppy that had a abdominal puncture wound with bowel exposed. I called the malvern office and informed them of his status and they told me to go ahead and bring him in and I did, Within minutes they had him in surgery and a few hours later he was Back home. I can't thank the staff at PVC enough ! We named him lucky !

Best and only place I take my hairy kids too! They are the best family to leave my babies with! Prices are well within reasonable medical fee expectations.
Staff is caring, friendly, kind, welcoming, and very empathetic. We trust them highly!
