I bought my Indian Ringneck from here ( my first bird) and couldn’t be more satisfied. My baby is my best friend. These people that work here are the nicest and sweetest, especially with explaining things to New bird owners. They allowed me to visit my bird and grow a bond with my bird before taking him home. I loved the experience so much that I’m almost debating on getting a second bird. These good people will take care of you!

We just got our bird back here today. The whole process from beginning to end made me feel very comfortable. My English is not very good, but Christina took good care of us. This is also our first bird. We visited almost all the bird shops in Phoenix. The birds in this shop are the best. When you enter this shop, you will find that the birds in this shop are almost all round and fat and very cute. The staff will have some scratches on their hands. You can see that they take care of the birds very carefully and they are hand-raised. Thank you again, Christina, thank you for giving us a very pleasant bird-buying process.☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

I went looking for a new love bird a month ago after a rescue of mine died. Pretty feathers had an amazing selection of babies and grown lovebirds to choose from. I ended up picking one of their babies they had and doing a down payment as she wasn’t ready to go home just yet. The owner was super nice and gave me all sorts of amazing info and advice to set up for my new bird and gave me updates every time I popped in to visit. The customer service was amazing and the selection of birds was huge! An amazing shop and I can’t wait to go back for my baby’s regular trimmings and picking her up toys and things for her cage from them.

This is a great bird store. They sell all kinds of birds, toys, feeds, and cages. They will even do nail trims. They have the best millet sprays available. The owner and her family are very friendly. If you need anything bird related, this is the store for you!

Heard about the store from a volunteer with The Salvation Army. We stopped in and my daughter fell in love with a little Parrotlet. The owner and her son were super friendly. I always get nervous in pet shops because typically people aren’t too kind with the littles who want to participate. My daughter is 4, and they were so kind! The owners son helped her pick it up, and let her sit and play with her for a while. We got a sticker and enjoyed looking at the rest of the birds. Should she convince her grandparents to get her the bird, we’ll be returning as customers! Otherwise we’ll frequent when in the area to enjoy their shop!

Can’t say enough good things about this store! We originally went in just to check it out and ended up holding baby birds! Then two week later, we went back and purchased one of the baby cockatiels. They held the bird for a week to finish weaning while we prepared for his arrival. They kept us up to date on his status and also groomed him for us before we picked him up. He is the sweetest and most social baby bird ever! He already knows to step up and wants so much to be around people! All that hard work they’ve done has made one of the most amazing baby birds!
