Have been taking my dogs here for 3 years now. LA can crazy when it comes to services (and the price tag) for dogs… Pour La Pooch isn’t your typical bougie LA dog boutique. When I start to hear my dogs nails on the hardwood I can take him here, without having to make an appointment or anything, and have them trim/clip the nails for I think $15. When he needs a bath it’s also pretty cheap and I never have issues making an appointment for him. 2 minutes on the phone, drop him off, get a text when he’s ready to be picked up… stress free. I’m 99% sure the cost for bath, nails, glands, all that jazz is a little more than doing it yourself at petco.

I brought my newly adopted dog to get bathed and trimmed, and everyone was very friendly and my dog seemed very happy to be there. She was not at all nervous about being left there and when i got her back, all clean and smelling nice, she seemed very happy and proud! Thank you to all the people who made our first visit so nice. It will not be our last visit!

Thanks PLP!! Recently brought our pup, Joe Cocker, in for his 1st ever professional grooming! Wanted to take him somewhere special, not just a chain shop! He got a bath, a blow out, nails, ears…everyone was so nice and patient with him…even though the blow-dryer freaked him out! We felt welcome, like part of the neighborhood & the Pour La Pooch family… and Joe looked great! The price was quite reasonable & the experience memorable! We look forward to coming back ?❤️

Found a doggie in the trash bin on a Sunday. ? Went to Pour LA Pooch to find out if he had a chip. They were super helpful and nice. Directed me where to go to find out. They invited me back to get a discounted grooming. The pups owner found me Wednesday night. She hadn't slept since he was stolen. He was so happy to see her. I still wanted to have him groomed so we met a week later. Happy ending fortunately! Thank you PLP!!! ?

Our 7 month old bernedoodle had his first grooming experience here and they were wonderful. He is huge and can be a lot to handle but they were so great with him!!! He looked fantastic and our groomer did exactly as we asked. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you Pour La Pooch!!

My partner and I found PLP a few years ago because we wanted a safe place for our dog, Baby, to stay and socialize when we needed her to be looked after for the day and also a groomer that could give quality cuts without taking away all of her personality and furnishings from her coat, like her beard and eyebrows. We'd had past grooming experiences where she would just be shaved down to the quick (not because of matting) and make her essentially look like a bald rodent. At PLP they take care to ask questions about what you're looking for and execute beautifully done cuts and nail trims.

PLP and all of the staff are wonderful and have treated Baby with so much kindness and care. She loves getting showered with affection from everyone at day care when she visits, and her grooming has never been better. You can tell that the owner and staff genuinely care about your pet and really take the time to get to know all of the dogs and accommodate their specific needs as much as possible.

Everyone who works there, especially the owner, is very nice. My dog is very temperamental, but they have patience with him. They also go the extra mile to try to squeeze me in if I need a last minute appointment for him. Most of all, my fur baby looks great when I pick him up!
