Our girl has been going for over a year now the last 2 visits not good washed her blanket I sent her with lost it then found it this time I had to ask for her blanket again when I drop her off the girl didn't check if she was boarding when I said sèe ya tomorrow she said oh she not for daycare she act like it was to.much work for her I was expecting to.see.pics. nothing cause they had her in a package she never gets and then when I bring this up I get told we have no manager sorry

All of the staff is absolutely amazing and my dog LOVES going! They keep you updated if anything happens at camp and they post pictures of the dogs on Facebook.

We went on a week long vacation and left our dog with Posh. He loved having other dogs to play with. He definitely needed a bath when he got home! We were able to see pictures of him multiple days, which gave us peace of mind knowing he was being well cared for.

I was nervous taking my dog to doggy day care for the first time. The workers were so kind, patient, and friendly my fears were for nothing. My dog loved the experience and I am sure she wants to return. I will go back and recommend it to all. What a fantastic staff whom all love dogs.

I called and made reservations for my 2 dogs to be boarded . Was told all I need is proof of all vaccines and spayed, neutered. The day I was supposed to check in my dogs I brought my paper work down. All vaccines were on paper work from the Milan Animal Welfare center. The manager told me I needed the due date of the vaccines. I have used the Bettendorf location with the same paperwork several times. So they decided to turn me away after I was supposed to leave on vacation. I have also used many different dog boarding businesses and never been denied. I have also emailed the paperwork to these people and they have accepted it. Makes no sense to me. I do have a regular veterinarian but choose to get shots at the low cost clinic in which many do. WONT BE BACK! Ridiculous situation!

I took my dog there for the Thanksgiving holiday. I asked for him to have a Bath when I picked him up He did not have it and He was totally filthy. He had a cut on his back leg, which was full of blood. And I had taken his blanket for him when I picked him up They had to go look for his blanket that I took which to me. Means it was not in the kennel
where he was at. And when you do a message or a review, they never do call you back either.
