My dog gets kinda stressed when she gets to a new place but they’ve been very accommodating towards her so far. She got pretty anxious her first night and they were extra diligent watching her on a camera overnight and found her a space where she was more comfortable. And they were also very accommodating with figuring out solutions in the future. They deserve all the customers they can get, but I’m glad this place is smaller with less dogs than the last place I took her to, I think that’s a better fit for my pup. She loves new people but she takes a while to warm up to other dogs, so if she’s just got a smaller group of dogs to get to know, I think she will fare better in that scenario

We had an amazing experience at Posh Pet Club. We signed up our pup for the two week daycare and training and our Lola has shown a significant improvement in her behavior. The staff has always been extremely responsive and understanding, especially when we had to reschedule one day last minute because our pup wasn't feeling well. We loved checking the app at 3pm each day to see our pup's report card; aside from being absolutely adorable since the staff included lots of pictures and videos, it also includes good information on our dog's behavior day-to-day so it was good for us to understand her patterns.

The facility is very clean and the staff extremely kind and attentive, and you can tell they treat their pups well because how much our Lola loves seeing them every time we drop her off! We are thrilled with the service and plan to bring Lola again in the future - cannot recommend the training enough. Wen Tze was always accessible to us at any time, sent us personalized training videos often and gave us great advice. It's clear she knows what she's doing and enjoys what she does.

We look forward to continue working with her and her team.

I am so glad I came across PPC surfing Reddit and Instagram - the team here is phenomenal. Shiba Inus are notorious for their stubborn personalities and I had trouble getting my little guy Chanko to listen once he hit his teenage phase. It was worrying because it felt like everything safety-related I taught him went out the window with his rebellious attitude… which is part of why we love the breed 🙂

Wenz after only ONE session got Chanko to walk politely on the leash. We did the full 2.5 week day training program to learn core safety skills around the leash, walking, doorways, crosswalks, recall, and leave it. It’s on us as owners to solidify all the hard work Wenz put in and stay consistent, but she’s set a wonderful foundation for us to build off of.

The best part about day training is that Chanko got to play his heart out with other daycare dogs and made so many friends. He always looks beat coming home and sleeps soundly the whole night.

The staff at PPC take such great photos and write the cutest report cards. I appreciate they’re transparent when he acts inappropriately and correct his behavior - he is way more respectful when playing with our friends’ dogs now.

Thanks so much to Wenz, Jayleen, Martez, Madi, and Caroline! Chanko loves you all! We will definitely continue daycare at PPC.

Our dog Stevie has loved her time at Posh Pet Club! She goes to daycare weekly, and we boarded her over a long weekend. Stevie is super excited every time we walk her into the door so I know this is a safe and happy place for her. The daily report cards with pictures also provide peace of mind that she is having a good day. We look forward to them every time! Although Stevie is a shy and somewhat anxious dog (we adopted her during Covid), she warmed right up to the staff and pups at Posh. We have taken her to other day care spots in Chicago, but PPC is in a league of their own in comparison.

We are so grateful to have found Posh Pet Club! We love that Wenz is a trainer so we fully trust her and the staff with our 7 month old pup. I get a detailed report card telling me how she did that day with lots of pictures and videos of her playing. Our dog loves going there to play with the other dogs for daycare.

Signing my dog up for private training lessons with Wen was one of the best decisions I made for us! My dog constantly pulled on leash, barked at dogs and people walking by, and overall hardly listened during our walks. After training with Wen, my dog and I can go on 45+ minute walks without hardly any pulling, he checks in more often, and is doing SO much better with his reactivity to dogs and people. I am so proud of all the progress he made and will continue to make as we continue training. My first interaction with Wen, I knew she cared deeply about dogs and her relationships with the owners as well. She made herself available throughout the week for any and all questions I may have had and also reviewed videos to correct any training errors before our next session. I am already looking forward to continuing our training with Wen…10/10 recommend!

Luis, the groomer, is also amazing! My pup’s grooming was done in an efficient amount of time, and his cut was exactly as I envisioned and communicated to him. I can tell he really took his time and my pup came back really happy and looking great!

PPC has been such a wonderful environment for Bubba! He is a very energetic and social dog and he loves his time at daycare with all his dog (and human!) friends. The staff here has been very kind and welcoming and they always capture the cutest and silliest moments of the day in the daily report card. As a single pet parent I was looking for somewhere he could socialize a few hours a week, now that we found PPC I can feel comfortable leaving him whenever I need to & I know that he will be well taken care of. We love coming to daycare and will be back for more!
