I can't recommend Poko Loko enough! From the moment we walked in, we felt the warmth and care that the staff provide. The environment is clean, safe, and filled with engaging activities that foster both learning and creativity.

The teachers are incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child's growth and well-being. They help foster meaningful friendships among the children, creating a strong sense of community. One thing that stands out is the incredible tenure of the staff — it's clear that they love what they do, which brings so much consistency and comfort to both children and parents.

Along with keeping the children safe, Poko Loko also does a great job of keeping parents updated on daily activities and milestones, which is so appreciated.

Joining the Poko Loko family has been an incredible experience for us! Like many parents, we were nervous about sending our baby to daycare, but from day one, we knew he was in amazing hands.

Our son started at 3 months old and received so much individualized attention and loving care, which immediately put our minds at ease. Every morning, we’re greeted with warmth and enthusiasm, making us feel truly special. As he grows, he continues to thrive with attentive and dedicated teachers who are always engaged—playing, singing, and creating a fun, nurturing environment. We’ve never once worried about his care, and that peace of mind is priceless.

We could not be happier with our Poko experience. The decision to find a safe and caring daycare is such a hard one, and the Poko family made it so easy for us. The amount the staff has taught me as a new mother is undeniably making us a better family, and the special touches they do have made this transition back to work so much easier. I wish I could hang out at poko loco all day, and I do, I linger. We all love it there and thank the entire staff for such a perfect first daycare experience.

We can’t recommend Poko Loko’s infant center enough. Leaving your baby at daycare is never easy, but Ms. Angie and the entire team have made us feel so comfortable and secure. We’ve never doubted that our baby is safe and taken care of Additionally, the special bonds she has created with the teachers are so special and heartwarming to observe. She always smiles when we walk in, and the teachers greet her with such warmth, and we truly believe she enjoys her time there. The environment is nurturing, loving and educational and with the staff support she has reached all her developmental milestones with the help of the staff. Her little personality is really starting to shine through. We deeply value the teachers, their opinions and the open communication we have with them. We consider them an extension of our family and would wholeheartedly recommend Poko Loko to other families.

The best place I could have sent my kids for daycare! Poko Loko has extraordinary, kind, smart, patient and nurturing teachers. They have helped shape my kids’ early childhood development in multiple positive ways! I cannot say enough amazing things about this place and the people that truly care for the children. It is hard to leave your kids in school all day, especially when they are little but it was such a comfort to know they are very well loved and cared for by all the staff.

I first enrolled my daughter at Poko Loko when she was about 5 months old. As a new mom, I had reservations about daycare and worried (as most new parents do) about whether this was the right arrangement for our family. I would recommend this daycare, particularly the Infant Team, to other parents with young children.

I also want to express my heartfelt gratitude and positive recommendations for Mrs. Nadia and Mrs. Nimra, who take care of the youngest babies at this daycare. They made me feel comfortable and welcome when I stopped by to nurse my daughter and, when it came time to go back to work, they reassured and kept me posted on how many ounces she was taking during bottle feedings. Mrs. Nadia and Mrs. Nimra gave timely notice about when I am running low on diapers, wipes, and changes of clothes too. They gave me peace of mind while I was adjusting to time away from my baby.

Overall, I feel that Poko Loko’s staff is attentive
to the needs of my daughter and they offer a safe environment for her to explore, learn, grow, and socialize. Overall, Ms. Angie and the entire Infant Team are excellent; I would highly recommend to other parents.

Poko Loko, Glenview has been an amazing provider of care and learning for our daughter and son across the past 6 years. We loved the atmosphere from the first day that we toured the facility as it stood out amongst the other day care facilities that we saw; it was the perfect blend of welcoming, loving, caring, and FUN... there really was a home-like feeling. We're happy to say that the care there matched our first impression and exceeded our every expectation. Choosing a daycare is a decision not to be taken likely for so many reasons, and we can honestly say that we would choose Poko Loko over again and that's why we've recommended them to so many friends.
