Excellent experience with Dr.Dueppen and Jaelyn! They handled our guinea pigs with so much care. Seeing how well they interacted with our girls made their first visit a lot less stressful than I thought it would be. Wonderful facility as well. Highly recommend!

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I was fortunate to be able to squeeze in with an appointment last minute the same day and give Riley some comfort with his ear infection. The vet was very kind and took her time with Riley which I really appreciated. In the past I also have had a similar experience. The entire staff tries their best to help everyone and provide immediate attention to those that need it. I would recommend anyone to bring any of their pets here, furry, feathery, or with scales!

The staff at Point Vicente are always so caring and nice. They take the time to listen to your concerns and give you options - never making you feel like you have to get the most expensive service. They are always willing to work with you. They have been taking care of my pets since 2020. Dr. Micco is their main doctor but they have been seen by Dr. B and Dr. Jones in the past.

Whenever we would discuss care for my pet, she would consult the other doctors and they would come up with a solution together. All in all, I've had great experiences when taking my pets to Point Vicente.

I called to get some information to help me decide whether I would go to this vet. I was told it's $75 for an office visit, and $28 and up for nail trim. When I asked how much it would be for an allergy shot for my dog, I was told that would depend on his weight. I mentioned he weighs 20 lb 'so how much is the shot? " The front office person told me that's not something "I quote over the phone." When I asked "can't you find out?" She said no that's not something I quote over the phone. I told her that's not enough information for me to decide to come to the clinic and that she should tell the doctors that's why I'm not interested. She flippantly responded "we have no shortage (of patients)."

It must be nice to operate a business where you don't need new clients.

We have been going to Pt. Vicente since Liberace was a puppy, he is almost 12. Everyone from the doctors to the technicians have been wonderful this whole time! Over the years Libby started suffering from allergies, then colitis, to an irreversible heart condition to occasional "scares." Dr. Micco has been diligent, caring and has gone above and beyond the call of her profession! She is an angel on earth! In her absence, Dr. B has been amazing. Thank you to all those (Dawn, Shawna, James...) that helped Liberace when he was on a "hunger strike" and wouldn't eat...bringing him food from home, hand feeding him. Big hugs and kisses to you all. Thank you for taking care of our dog, as he is our family and loved so much!!!! Marisa Kunich

Point Vicente has the BEST staff. Drs. Dueppen and Micco have taken excellent care of our Jack Russell mix (Penny) who has pretty significant health issues - it is not a stretch to say they have saved her life two different times with troubleshooting and hospital care in the day so that we could take her home at night and not need to go to the emergency vet. We also have a large breed pup (Moose) who has only needed well visits so far and I appreciate the staff’s thoroughness in that regard.
