This was our first time boarding our Littles! We have one that is blind therefore we were a little apprehensive at first, but everyone set our mind at ease and she did AMAZING!! We SO enjoyed getting updates and seeing pictures posted as this set our mind at ease as well!! We purchased the additional "paw packages" and were very pleased with the additional play time and attention... not that the basic package wasn't good enough!! We were able to leave our instructions so the Littles got to experience their daily routines as they did at home. I recommend doing a day care or 2 prior to their stay, as it makes things more familiar when they go for the "long stay". It's hard to leave our babies, but TRUST they are in good hands!! We were recommended PPL by our groomer AND vet!! WE will recommend them to anyone and now we know if we need to leave them again, they will be in good and caring hands!! We've been using Pocatello Pet Lodge since we moved to Pocatello and I've always been impressed with their communication and service. I worked in a pet lodging facility for the better part of a decade when I was younger and they really do know their business. My wife always appreciates the photo updates that they provide to us. It helps her know that the pups are happy and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend using them.

My dog attended boarding and daycare while I was traveling for work. I was nervous as I had never boarded him before but he absolutely loved it. He never wanted to leave. The staff was so caring, especially Skylar. They are also very attentive to health needs. He needed eye drops for a scratched cornea (scratched at home) and they were able to accommodate that and his eye healed quickly. He also got a great groom while he was there. We loved seeing his pictures every day. Pocatello Pet Lodge was truly his second home. Rocky misses it!

They have been wonderful with my Healer. First couple of times at daycare, I was very nervous before he went the first time, Angela was awesome with my dog. It is really helping him out! Thank you.

I wouldn’t recommend Pocatello Pet Lodge, Too
To board ANY LITTLE dog. They KILLED my little 4lb
Yorkie when they took her outside and then left her
Unattended with at least 2 dachshund’s each 4 times
Her size. Those Two dogs were on top of her when
They finally came back outside. They left it to
Chance that multiple dogs left alone outside where
No one could see or hear them would be ok.
She died at the animal Hospital later that night.

To add insult to the whole thing
They want to call it an accident. That’s NO accident.
After I specifically told them she COULD NOT be out of
Her kennel without supervision and COULD NOT go
Out with bigger dogs because she WOULD get hurt.
You wouldn’t think you would have to tell a business
Such as this these things. They should already know
That.
The owner would like us to keep it quiet as not to hurt
Her business but I feel the truth needs to be told so
This doesn’t happen to someone else’s dog. I would feel
Terrible if it happened AGAIN and people weren’t aware
This COULD happen to them.

They need to own up to their mistakes and pay
The consequences just as my poor little yorkie and my
whole Family has. It’s left a hole in are hearts I don’t
think will Ever be healed.

Such a wonderful place to take your pets for boarding or daycare! Experienced staff that loves animals and treat them as their own!
Their facility is very clean.

Pocatello pet Lodge is very impressive. They really get to know your pet and match your pet up with other pets that your pet would get along with. They are very good at every service that we have ask for including grooming and daycare. Our dog always comes home Happy and excited. I love the personal touch that they put on everything they do. I highly recommend them !!!!
