Only have great things to say about pleasant paws! . They took wonderful care of my 12 yr old silky terrier fur baby who has some health issues which require 4 medications daily.
She remained very happy and healthy during the lengthy 18 night stay. Staff was amazing, gave her lots of love and sent regular updates and pics. Highly recommend!

Everyone is always so pleasant and kind to work with and my pups love it there. I have one girl who is very untrusting and after her first day there she was willing to go back again, now she’s even excited when she’s dropped off, which says more than I ever can about the care they give the animals in their facility. Thank you all for always take such great care of these crazies whether it be in daycare or boarding.

Puppy chewed through wire. I was afraid she swallowed some. Within 15 mins of my call. I had an appointment with X-rays done. She did have metal in her belly. No surgery needed. Just poop it out follow up X-ray. 2 days later. The care she received was fantastic and I’m so happy I am we are with this vet

Groomer shaved my show dog without my permission in spite of careful descriptions, including a book on his breed with photographs, drawings and written instructions, of how my dog should be groomed. She falsely claimed he was horribly matted and told me in advance she would shave him. It’s the kind of place that blames the customer and takes no responsibility for their mistakes. Stay away from this facility.

As any pet owner knows, making a decision on where to board your “family member” is huge. Questions like, will she get enough attention, will they treat her kindly and will she enjoy herself may run through your mind. Pleasant Paws does a fantastic job of helping to alleviate those questions/concerns. The staff is friendly, helpful, and most importantly, they truly care about providing a good experience for their customers. Our bulldog is happy to spend time here….which gives us one less thing to worry about….which is why we keep coming back.

We signed up for Luxury boarding with two days of daycare from Saturday 29th to Monday July 8th. There were no emails with pictures or report cards they promised for. Since Rocky was only 6 months old and our first dog every, we were anxious of getting any type of communication but, not a thing even after multiple emails I sent. July 1st, without answering why they haven't send any pictures or answering any of my question, very typical previous written email saying "doing great so far" when we are here nail biting on my business trip with my family. After complaining why there is no email regards to my questions and they sent another email next day the July 2nd stating smiled for pictures today with exact same picture from July 1st. That got me very upset and paying almost $100 a day for this type of customer service? It's getting worse when the manager calls me. I asked why are we not getting any photos or emails and why sending duplicate pictures with different wording etc.. I asked "Which boarding room is Rocky staying?" and she said he's enrolled in standard room, right? Can you imagine knowing that your puppy has been staying at standard room with full of dogs even when you signed up for Luxury room? They completely ruined my business trip and vacation with my family. Manager tried very hard to make it right and I do appreciate that but, when we were there to pick Rocky up, they were just brushing us off by telling us that we didn't charge you for half bath because I told them to bring Rocky when they were giving him a bath. If we were picking Rocky up first thing in the morning, he should've gotten a bath the night before according to their agreement. They assumed we would be okay by getting charged for Standard room instead of Luxury. I didn't want to pay at all. I really want to believe they love all pets that come and I really don't feel great writing bad review but, I think many people who trust them should make sure they all are on the same page. I can't trust them anymore and I will never bring our dog back. Sorry. I gave two star instead of one because this manager M was trying to make it better and apologetic.

This facility misdiagnosed my cat, Dr Mangold did bloodwork, she said she would call in 2 days with results, which turned into 2 weeks, multiple calls were made to get the results with no return call back. Fast forward Chris FINALLY dx her as a full blown diabetic, she lost 6 pounds and body mass along with her vision has been compromised due to not being treated .Most recently when trying to refill her vetsulin, I spoke to a young lady at the desk whom stated , she would call me when the prescription was ready. 4 days later I had to call them, I received a call back and was told that her prescription was finally ready. Ready. I went in to pick it up and I was told there was an error. The prescription name on the bottle was ripped and misread that insulin was for another animal. This was a Friday and they had no vetsulin left, leaving my car without insulin for a total of 6 days . I ended up using chewy for the vetsulin, I highly recommend them. I explained my situation to them. They were very apologetic that they don't ship on the weekends and it would ship out first thing Monday morning. They explained they would cover the cost of the insulin if I could pick it up locally where this vet didn't even compensate In any way. My car is 17 yrs old and has now been without her vetsulin for a total 9 days because of lack of communication from this vet. I am not one to leave reviews, but I felt this was warranted .

We love it here! My dog Comet loves daycare and gets so excited he wags his whole body when he knows he's going. We call it going to see his friends and he goes crazy. I have been recommending Pleasant Paws to everyone I know with a dog. The staff there are amazing, helpful and friendly! Photo for evidence, that's one happy dog.
