On 12/14/19 I had the worst experience ever at this pet grooming facility. I called to make an appointment and they were all booked. I said, 'hey that's great, that means business is good'. About 5 minutes after we hung up I got a call back and the lady said she just listened to her messages and had a cancellation right then. So I dropped everything and took my dog over there. After a few hours I got a call from the owner who was yelling at me saying my dog was matted (yes Maltipoo's do get matted) and how dare I demand to have my dog done in 15 minutes after they 'squeezed me in' to their schedule. She proceeded to rant and tell me I would be charged an extra fee for the grooming and my dog got a burn from the brush they use to de-matt the dogs. When she finally stopped her rant I was able to ask how much this fee would be and she said $15. I then tried to say.....usually when you provide a service and it is going to cost more than agreed upon you call for approval rather than demand payment. I could not finish my sentence as the owner cut me off and said I don't have time to argue with you and hung up me. I was shaking as here my dog was in their care and this woman was obviously very frustrated. When I picked up my dog she was shaking her finger at me. I have never had such a horrible experience. My dog was traumatized for days. She was sad, didn't eat and just laid around for the next few days. She was liking her burns and causing hot spots. The whole experience was a nightmare. I will never return nor will I ever recommend this place.

Great shop I use hang out there back in 1974 and 1975. It is no wonder they are still in business. They truly love their job and care about animals. They have always wentry out of there way to please all customers.
