One of the best overall vet experiences I’ve had in the last 3 years of having dogs. The facility is nice and clean. Centrally located. Customer parking in front.

The staff was very friendly from the front desk to the technicians and the vet (Dr. Sausner). The technician (Katie) was very thorough and patient with me considering I brought in two new patients and had tons of questions regarding dental cleanings and costs.

They catered to both of my pup’s (Milo and Luna) personalities and made us all feel at home. Can’t say enough good things.

We appreciated that they didn't pressure us into unnecessary tests; they focused on Happy's immediate needs with a plan for further evaluation if needed. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Only got 1 minute of the vet attention, she prescribed a whole different medication to my French bulldog that didn't made any sense. Make sure you get a second opinion or research about what they're prescribing to your dog! I immediately called another vet after the visit which told me to not give most of the meds because it would cause TERRIBLE HARM to my dog! The receptionist was more helpful than the doctor and the nurse... DON'T GO THERE! they're OVERPRICED AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE HEALTH OF YOUR DOG! Came in because my dog have a skin allergy and the first thing the doctor does it's to try to give her some treats, when I asked her what's in the treats she had no idea! I received 2 words answers every time I asked about information about the treatment recommended!
