I booked a grooming appointment for my pet in advance for May 7th 2024. I received a text message from pink poodle staff this morning stating that my pet’s appointment will be canceled. The message that I received is listed below. I have been a loyal customer with them for 9 years. The owner use to dog-sit for me, as well as groom him. My last encounter with Pink Poodle, I spoke with staff about the service my pet received. When I picked my dog up, I noticed that he was shaking and in pain. When I checked him out, I noticed that he was shaved down really low and had been nipped. I called and addressed it with the owner. When I took my pet back the following month, I asked them to be careful with him. I guess the staff had a problem with me advocating for my dog. I was never rude with any of them, I simply just asked that they be careful with my dog!

I do not recommend this place for business! The staff are rude and nonchalant! Save your money on a business that worthy of it, because the PINK is NOT IT!!!

Sarah and her team do an absolutely wonderful job every time we bring out dog in. I cannot say enough good things about the work that gets done. Take your pet in and find out for yourself!!

I have a pitbull and groomers don't like to deal with pits. I called Pink Poodle and asked if they accept pits, the lady said yes bring him in. I took my pitbull Chico to get a bath and nails trimmed. I can say they were very good with Chico and he looked so much cleaner and the nails tapping on the floor are no more. Thanks to the staff at Pink Poodle we will be back.

The staff does not greet you when you enter, and the groomers do not know how to handle a working dog. I suppose they do okay with a mild mannered pet, but lack knowledge on how to work with an energy, spirited dog. Very rude. Did not finish the job, but took my money, and didn’t tell me they were unable to complete his nails. 🤨

I took my dog here and was very hopeful. First off they charged me a fortune. The girl at the front desk was quite rude and short with me. I'm not sure what happened when they trimmed her nails but now she doesn't want them done like at all. I will say she wasn't a fan before but now I'm going to have to take her to the vets office and she may need muzzled! Like what the heck happened!!! Then I get her home and I realized they had not even rinsed her all that well. The fur on her back was stiff fron having soap still in it. I know that for sure because after another bath that fur is soft again. I will never go back here and I will never recommend them and I would advise never going to this place. My puppy had had a bath and all before and while she wasn't a big fan after having been here she seems like she was traumatized or something by the way she is acting now about the whole thing! Way to go people at Pink Poodle. Make the situation worse instead of better or at least the same...
The groomer was polite I will add otherwise this review could have been a bit more rough.
