Our sweet 7 year old Saint Bernard had stopped walking on her back paw. We thought it was due to possibly her hips. When we noticed it not getting better and swelling they were able to get us booked in fairly fast as a new patient. Dr. Crosby had X-rays done where we unfortunately found out it was bone cancer.

They explained to us the pain she was in and gave us our options. I didn’t think I would lose my best friend so suddenly but the idea of her in so much pain I knew what needed to be done.

The office staff was incredible. They took us to a private cozy room, gave us as much time as needed to spend as a family, gave us the step by step process, and helped guide us though one of our toughest moments as a family.

My heart is broken but I am so appreciative of the care and time spent not only with our Leia girl but also our family.

Thank you

What a wonderful place! My cat was a new patient and they fit her in on a Saturday and took excellent care of her! The procedure went well and she is fully recovered. I highly recommend.

This place is amazing! Our little Gizmowas so sad and miserable from his itchy skin. They not only had the best, most friendly way of handling him. But they also helped us with medecune that was donated. He was going insane from the itch he had. He was hiding and was acting so distant. He's still healing but the change has been far from subtle. Thank u so much to the staff and Dr. Stawinski for helping us get our baby back.

We brought our precious Aussie to Dr. Rosiek to have cancerous mass removed. Couldn't have been happier with Toni as she facilitated our meeting with the most amazing, straight talking, sincere Veterinarian we have met in Florida... Dr. Rosiek. And when I came to pick up our baby, Carrie and Monica treated me like more than just a paying customer... I felt the love. Pretty rare since we came to the area 2 years ago.

First time going to Pine Lakes Animal Hospital for grooming and I have to say I am very pleased with the groomer and receptionist staff. I didn’t get to meet any of the veterinarian doctors but I’m sure they are just as awesome. Thank you for caring for my fur babies with love and kindness and for your friendliness. ?

When I realized my cat was very sick with a tooth & mouth issue, I was extra glad to hear the medical staff was experienced with this. It was comforting to me and my cat to have his issue addressed quickly and carefully. His improvement followed quickly after our first visit. I feel like everything went efficiently time wise as my biggest priority was expediting help for my cat and they certainly did that.

Unless you need a wellness check, do not go to Pine Lakes for anything major. My dog Buddy has a history of pancreatitis, he was taken in on a Monday. I’m not a vet but the first thing I would have done is check bloodwork. Instead, they tell
my husband it’s PROBABLY his back. It seems stiff. Keep in mind they have seen my dog for 7 years and treated him before for pancreatitis.
Sent him home with pain meds for a pulled muscle in back! By Friday of that week, my dog was so sick he could hardly walk. We take him back. We requested bloodwork and x-rays.
Oh yes, he is having pancreatitis again. Which we tried to tell them 5 days before. They kept him all day. The next Monday rolls around, my poor baby is still sick. We take him back for the 3rd time, they kept him again for fluids. Basically nothing else except nausea meds. 2 days later I thought my poor Buddy was going to die. He couldn’t stand up.
Approximately $1800 and my dog is VERY SICK. We ended up taking him to Volusia Animal
Hospital ER. He is now on the correct meds and doing much better. Thank goodness!
