I recently boarded my dog, Zeus, at Pine Lake Dog Boarding while taking a trip out of the country. I was nervous at first, as Zeus needs close attention due to his allergy medication. However, the team at Pine Lake was incredible. They provided a wonderful experience, keeping me updated with report cards, photos, and videos showing how happy he was. They even gave him a bath and clipped his nails. The communication was excellent, and I truly appreciate the care and attention Morgan, Courtney, and the rest of the staff gave Zeus. I highly recommend Pine Lake Dog Boarding for anyone looking to give their dog exceptional care and attention.

Our stay here was wonderful. They communicated and were always there to answer any questions we had. Our dogs truly enjoyed themselves during their stay there. The owners made the whole process so comfortable and reassuring. The pictures and report cards were definitely my favorite. Overall I absolutely recommend Pine Lake to board your animals. I get nervous when I have to leave them anywhere but they truly made it an all around great experience.

Our 6 year old mini schnauzer had never been boarded before. Pine Lakes Kennel was recommended to us by a friend. Our pup suffers from separation anxiety but walked right in and never looked back. The setting is amazing and we could feel the love for animals as soon as we arrived. From drop off, bath and pick up I was comfortable she was getting the attention she needed. We were given a report of how she did and they even sent some pictures. I will not hesitate to use them again, I think it was good for Wrigley (a little socialization). I would recommend them without hesitation!

Drop off was easy, my dogs seem to enjoy there time there. The staff at pick up and drop off both friendly seem to care about my dogs and picked up on their personalities during the stay. The Morton setting is great for outdoor play!! Little pond, rock area(: They took good care of my older pup who needs daily medicine. Due to traveling problems, I had to add an extra night, which was no problem! I also appreciated the report card pictures during their stay and the discount for two dogs!! Thank you, Pine Lakes Boarding will be back!

I love this place. Courtni is such an Awesome owner and even better person. Her staff was hand picked and love what they do. I have a very protective/nervous 125lb German Shepherd Miss Nova. First time i was nervous myself. It was my first time boarding my little big girl because she doesn’t do well with people she doesn’t know. Within the first full day. I received a full progress report of how well Nova was doing and i was shocked at what i saw next… Nova was actually playing with the staff and took pictures cuddled up next to Victoria. I was so impressed! This is hands down the most caring and best place to board your dog of any size. Thank you all so much!❤️

Very professional, clean place and you can tell they love dogs. Ours is a smaller dog and he was in a nice size room, no tiny cage.

Our dog seems very well taken care of when he’s here! Recommend them as a great boarding experience.

We enjoyed the pictures and report each day he’s there. Added bonus that really puts us at ease when we are away from our pup. Alligator is a very happy dog when we go and when we pick him up! 👍🏻
