I would give this place no stars if I could. Call and spoke with Victoria about a week ago, who I guess is the owner, explained our situation that our dog just had IVDD surgery a couple of months ago and has fully recovered. Explained that we are very nervous to bring him to Daycare and that we want no one picking him up and to always make sure he is with smaller dogs. When we got there, everything seemed rushed and we did a tour but felt a little uneasy about this process. We left him there, they put him outside in an area, by himself and we left. Talking with my husband, we decided to go back and get him for many reasons. We went back about a half hour later, now he's inside in a cage. When the lady came out, she was carrying him in the wrong way, for a dachshund, if I may add. Obviously no experience with this breed of dog and asked a couple of times, over the phone when speaking to the owner Victoria, if they had experience with Dachshunds and she assured me they did. When we got him in the car, you could tell he was hurting. Had to give him a pain pill when we got home because of them picking him up. Have been trying to get a hold of Victoria since Saturday and this is Tuesday, of course I'm unable to get a hold of this person and they even charged us $10 which was a joke also because all they did was cage him. Be very careful taking your animals here!

I love the staff here!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. When I first started bringing my puppy here, she was scared. The staff were patient with her and loved on her, eventually winning her trust. That's important to me. I have been taking my puppy here now for a few months, and she no longer fights to go back with the groomer. That tells me that she is being loved on. She is now a 10 mo. old Cocker Spaniel.
I took my big girl, 86 lb Lab, here for the first time a couple of weeks ago. She barked once and fought a little to go back, but she calmed down pretty quickly. I've taken my big girl to other groomers and have been turned away because she barks and growls at the groomers.. I truly believe that she senses something in them that wasn't nice. Dogs are a great reader of people, and they know when someone is not good. That's why I was so very pleased when I took Luna to Pettsville. She literally barked one time, and when I went to pick her up a few hours later, she pranced out like she owned the place!!! LOL! I know my babies are being loved on while they're there. That is peace of mind for me. I highly recommend this place! They are also one of the lowest lost groomers in the area. That is another great reason why I love this place so much! Very affordable! Diesel, our Husky has been going to Daycare 3 days a week and when we are out of town, he stays at Petsville full time. He is always happy and obviously well taken care of at Petsville. We love seeing photos of him having fun with all his friends and they are so caring. So grateful to have found a place we can leave our baby and never worry.
