What a great place! My dog stayed for a few days while I was out of town. After a previous bad experience at a different facility, I was super nervous to leave him. But he had a blast! I got daily updates and pictures and came back a tired, happy boy! So many thanks! We will be back!

I am so glad I found Pet Suites for my Baby Bear. I rescued him in February and he was a shy little guy and not sure of many things, to be expected as a new rescue. Since he started coming here to doggie daycare, he is now Mr. Social Bee. He loves coming here and I love it too!! I just picked Bear up today from his 1st boarding experience, and he came out wagging his tail and super happy! Every time I come here the dogs come in wagging their tails and do the same leaving. The staff is Amazing and are true animal lovers! Two of my most favorite things are the video cams and the outside play area w/pools. I had visited 2 other places prior to picking Pet Suites and I am so glad I choose Pet Suites!!! Thank you for all that you do and I am very grateful to have found you.

I was in a very tough spot and needed quick boarding and play options for the family puppy. The front staff (I wish I got her name) was SO helpful! She put me at ease, made the process as smooth as possible and my pup had a good time playing with other dogs which she needed so much. Staff are great!

We had our 14 yr old pit bull boarded she could not have received better care! She was very happy through her visit and got to play with other dogs which she clearly enjoyed. Staff is wonderful. They treated her like their own pet. She was groomed and beautiful when she left! Great place, great staff, great care.

I love this place!!! The staff is super friendly and so caring! All of the staff is awesome, sometimes you just want to stay and talk with them for hours! Very clean and spacious facilities as well. I was so nervous when taking a weekend trip and leaving my pup there, I had upgraded him to the luxury suite to make sure he would be comfortable. When I was dropping him off the staff told me there was a live web cam!!! So I can check on him if I missed him too much. 110/10, I recommend them highly!!!!!

UPDATE 12/28/24: I wanted to give a new review but for some reason Google wouldn't let me. So I am editing a previous review I gave about Pet Suites in Arlington Heights.

This new review is pretty much the same. The staff here is absolutely WONDERFUL! I wanted to give a personal shout out to Christina "Tina" and Zoey. They are two of the sweetest people there. They both TRULY love what they do and it shows.

The love and care she shows towards Nugget is so greatly appreciated. She along with the other staff is the main reasons why we keep bringing Nugget back! Keep up the GREAT WORK and THANK YOU!

Pet Suites Arlington Heights ALWAYS do a great job taking care of our Shorkie, Nugget. The entire staff are always accommodating and I know when he is staying there overnight or days at a time, they will take care of him just like we would. I really love the updates they send to us with pictures of Nugget. Also, along with a paw-gress report that has my entire family laughing. Thank you for being Nuggets home away from home.

Holiday always loves going to PetSuites! I know he enjoys seeing all of his furry friends there, and his human friends (just as much)! Our 7 year old rescue dog had very severe separation anxiety when we adopted her in November 2023. We needed to find a solution so my husband and I could both be gone from the house at the same time. We are so happy we found PetSuites! She goes several times a week to play with her dog friends and the staff gives her lots of love. She can go just for a few hours or a whole day. We even boarded her there when we took a trip. Their hours are great, you can drop off or pick up anytime 6:30am-8pm, 7 days a week, which is perfect for us!
