I got the cutest green iguana there for my family. The store clerk is very informative about any questions we may have. The part shop has a variety of pets to choose from and is well taken care of.

Went into the store to search for some things for my dogs, we walked in and immediately the odor of pet urine hit us in the face. It was a mixture of stale and fresh from the animals in the cages. The fish tanks were not in good condition either. My son and I quietly backed out of the store and went to our car. Our throats were burning from the ammonia. How is it that this place is allowed to have such terrible conditions and still be able to house live animals. We will not be back, I hate to say it, since we were hoping to find a small pet store to support in our area.

We love our 7 fish we got today..We got 7 goldfish.. They are so awesome.. Thank you for being helpful and so sweet to us. I will recommend this pet store to anyone who wants a good pet. Our visit was super awesome... will always use pets r us for our fish needs...

The owner is super nice and helpful she has a good verity of fish and other animals I went and got fish and a hamster she let us know what could go together and what could not. I was very happy the hamster was free if you got the cage so we did over all great service and prices.
