Todo esta bonito los peces las tortugas y el local Lo único esque tiene personas con muy mal genio y irrespetuosos una de ellas es una mujer con aretes en la cara que nunca quiere vender solo esta enojada ? y le responde muy mal a uno espero que la cambien por ella pueden perder muchos clientes

The owners and employees are amazing!extreamly knowlagable and More then willingTo help . Mike even made a house call to help set us up with our first freshwater tank. Not only very fair prices and amazing selection extreme quality pets and accessories!!. All animals I currenty Love have been Perfect since adoption Day!! Would recommend to everyone!!! So I only got feeder shrimp so I’m not out any money but when I got home (1.5 miles away) I was about to add them to the tank and I saw 3 dead shrimp. So then I look closer and I can actually count 14 shrimp (3 of which are dead) when I paid for 20. I get it. They are feeders but I paid for 20 and I don’t expect them to be dead when I get home. It’s my fault I guess for not inspecting feeders before I leave the store but they are in the back and she had them bagged at the counter so I just assumed I was ok. Anyways, rant over.

They are selling sick turtles. Got one and within 24 hours it was dead. I took it to the store and they just told me to pick another one while they threw the sick turtle to swim with the others. I was able to observe multiple sick turtles swimming in the tank. For those who don't know eye infection in turtles is highly contagious and will lead to death. Is a shame that they are treating such beautiful animals in this way. Also, the replacement I got is currently dying. Absolutely not recommended.

My daughter received a small pet for Christmas. The day after, while shopping at Ross I saw this pet store and decided to stop in since she also received some cash and wanted to get toys and other items for her new baby. We walked in and saw a young lady standing behind the cash register. She at 1st said nothing to us, but as we were starting to walk past the register she said "let me know if u need something because we close in one minute". I replied, "oh your closing in one minute?", to which she then made an 'Im sorry' face and said "yeah". So I turned around and loudly told my baby girl "come on baby, we'll go buy him stuff from another pet store". The girl said nothing else and as we left I heard her lock the door. I worked a few years in retail management and I found this extremely unprofessional for a sales associate. I won't be returning and recommend that you educate your staff on remembering its their job to bring in business and not rush it out/away as well as drilling into them the proper way to welcome customers. Maybe you should only have managers closing the store since they may be more invested in your company and its growth? It would have made a huge difference if she would have welcomed us first, asked if we were looking for something particular, and then after a minute or so she could have mentioned closing time.
This is the closest pet store to us so I wish it would have worked out, but we'll just continue going to Mark's Ark.
