Never been to a better pet store! The staff here is amazingly kind and helpful. The selection is fantastic - I especially love the row after row of "dog height" treat bar. You can get everything from tendon to yak milk chews to coffee wood and cow/lamb/pig ears and fish skin. The prices are very reasonable for the quality. We pick up frozen marrow bones and birthday cakes here.

Best customer experience I have ever had. Came in on a hot sunny day September 29th at 3pm. We were immediately greeted and welcomed in! Employee was well educated in multiple different brands and specific diets. Very very helpful and insightful in helping us pick a brand. The employee helping us was absolutely amazing. I felt more at home in this store than I ever had at home. The prices are pretty reasonable for the amazing quality.
I highly recommend stopping in and supporting this amazing store!

I feel compelled to express my recent disappointing experience at Pet Planet, a store I have patronized for years due to its formerly high standards. Regrettably, my last visit was far from satisfactory, primarily due to what I perceived as poor management by the store manager, Michaela, who also came across as rude. If one does not want to be at their job, perhaps they should consider stepping down. The previous management seemed more competent and professional. Additionally, I noticed that the staff, all of whom are female, appeared standoffish and seemed to gossip about customers, which is highly unprofessional and uncomfortable for shoppers.

During my visit, the customer service has significantly declined under Michaela's leadership. It was challenging to obtain assistance, and the staff members I interacted with seemed less knowledgeable and less willing to help than they were in the past. This change is particularly disheartening as the expertise and helpfulness of the staff were once commendable attributes of your store.

I sincerely hope this feedback prompts a thorough review and immediate improvements in both management and overall store standards at Pet Planet. The current state of affairs under Michaela's management is unacceptable and fails to live up to the reputation that Pet Planet has established over the years.

I cannot say enough PRAISE about MICHAELA at the litchfield park Pet Planet!!I’ve been stressed about switching my husky’s food since my vet mentioned grain free diets were being studied as potentially FATAL at our last checkup in recent studies which take years and years to figure out... I called to ask what’s the BEST kibble I could put my boy on. Michaela had read the FDA’s most recent update/announcement on the study, which debunked grain free being any factor in this AND reassured me the NULO line is still hands-down one of the best if not the best. I’m so glad I don’t have to switch from a trusted brand that I’ve personally seen change the lives/health and coats for my huskies and shepherds in as little as a week! It’s worth the 10-20$ extra per bag trust me! Michaela was BEYOND helpful kind patient and knowledgeable and I just want the public and her team to know she truly is a one of a kind employee who’ll help you and your furry kids! Im beyond grateful for her help and guidance & that SHE was the one who answered the phone. I hope they’re glad they have someone so knowledgeable and in tune with the industry on their team!! Went for the doggy wash station and it was super easy to work and only cost $10 for 15 minutes. They provide the soaps and a dryer (just need to bring your own towel for the time being). Really nice if your pet’s in a pinch and needs a quick bath!

My pup had been having stomach issues and stool issues for days, so I called this store for recommendations on kibble I could switch her to. The employees were so kind and helpful, they gave me multiple suggestions as well as helped me figure out what the issue was with her food that was causing the stomach pain! I went to the location and bought what they had suggested, the employees helping to walk me through what I should get, and after just one day my dog is back to solid stools and is more excited than ever for her meals!!!
