My dog has boarded here on multiple occasions when I have been on vacation. I think their rates are reasonable compared to other facilities that offer the same services in the OC. Before selecting this facility, I actually made it a point to tour different facilities before making a decision. On my most recent trip, that lasted over 20 days, I left my dog after she had a recent episode with pancreatitis. Even though she had all the medications and food she needed to recover, it was a hard decision to decide to leave. I was able to email the facility for updates and I was so relieved to come back and find my dog doing better than when I left. Of course my dog is always happy to be back home but I can tell she is comfortable there.

Would not recommend. Very bad experience. No webcams and they charge extra for even a single photo update, even though I had paid for a long stay. Their standard room is a very small cramped room. They will give your dog one 5 min potty break, and no walks. My poor pup returned with bronchitis and was in very bad shape, dirty with poop all over, and horrible anxiety. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not bring your pup here!!!!!

We LOOOOVE Petopia! We searched and searched for the perfect boarding situation for our Nola and we are soo glad we found this place. Nola is VERY energetic and loves one on one attention, and Petopia offers exactly what she needs. The accommodations are clean, spacious and very comfortable for the animals. There are many choices between room sizes, types of rooms, upgrades etc. You can add on extra play time, special treats, splash pools and more. Most of all the staff is fabulous. We are so glad we found you guys and recommend you to everyone we know.

Everyone was very friendly, however my dog wasn't exactly in perfect shape when he returned. It took me hours to remove the dried feces from his fur in the shower since it was so covered in it. He displayed a lot of fur, and I doubt I'll be able to bring my dog back here. In addition, it appears like there may have been an event because my dog is aloof and occasionally has accidents that he has never experienced before.

Amazing facility for animals, very clean and large outdoor areas and awesome options for rooms for boarding. Very friendly staff! My dog has had multiple stays there and they are always so quick to respond to my emails/calls with an update on how she is doing, my dog loves it there and always comes home happy and exhausted from all the play she has had! Can’t thank Petopia enough for taking care of my girl while we are away!

Great Job! . Harper is a young german shepherd and needs to get the wiggles out. When I have a project/job I am thrilled to have a safe and fun place for her to spend the day. As Chrys said yesterday...The is Disneyland for your dog. For Sure. Thanks to everyone

I won't board my dog anywhere else. They have the best price for the service I'm getting I believe. They love having my dog, and he's always happy and a bit tired when I get him back. They don't offer as many services as I'd like, like regular reports by email or text, but I'm sure if I called they'd be more than happy to tell me how he's doing. They offer other services like bed cleaning for a good price, though.
