Great experience and wonderful dogs. Gotten two from here, and they’ve been great but man trying to get food and supplies from here is a real challenge. “Open from 11-7 Monday-Sunday” is a bit of a reach when I showed up two weeks ago at 6:30 to them closed, which is understandable I suppose. But today, here I am at 5:30 and they’re closed. Makes buying their supplies a real challenge when I work from 9-5.

I’m usually hesitant when it comes to pet stores selling pets, but Petland Tucson proved me wrong‼️

I grew up having dogs all my life, so I’m a big animal lover and I know how important it is make sure your pets come from good places.

From the get go you can tell that all the pets are well taken care of. Place is clean, animals are vaccinated, the staff are knowledgeable (not to mention friendly and you can tell they love the puppies), they do background checks of all the dogs and the breeders they get them from, plus they have info on the parents of the puppy too. Recently just got a pup from here and he is the happiest dog (maybe a little naughty, but what puppy isn’t a little naughty every now and then). I also love the fact that when you adopt a pet from here they give you all the necessary items you need for your new fur baby: food, vitamins, treats, toys, a crate for crate training — not sure if I’m missing something but I was truly impressed! I’ve never seen a pet store that was so prepared for their pet to go home with their new owner. Hope you give this place a chance!

I know it’s important to adopt pets, but animals from pet stores need homes too — and if a pet store is as ethical as this one, then I highly recommend to come over and give these pets a chance to go to good homes too ?

If you shop here, you are willingly supporting puppy mills. Don’t let the employees trick you into thinking they are well bred dogs. Reputable breeders do NOT need to sell in puppy stores as they have wait lists for their puppies.

Apparently dogs here come from “Indiana” but that is all the info they will give you and will not reveal the breeder names because they know they are puppy mills and easily researchable.

It's okay I guess they have many supplies that seem pretty good quality but the puppies some seem pretty happy but what gave me an off feeling I saw they use water feeders you would give rabbits or hamsters and while I was looking at one they were talking about shots, microchips, etc they said if this one dies they will give us another for the same price. Which is sad I would probably only come for the supplies not the pups

Reputable breeders NEVER source storefronts like these. Do not support puppy mills. Both PACC and the humane society have local puppies and young dogs in need of good homes.

This location just opened on Saturday and it’s beautiful! The staff are really nice and the puppies are so cute!! If you’re looking for a puppy this is the place to go.

Puppies neglected in store. While they are supplied by puppy mills. Visit your local rescue.
