I loved this place! I arrived at the wrong location and the staff was incredibly understanding. They did not cancel my appointment despite me arriving 15 minutes late and it being close to closing time. Naomi greeted us immediately and we were taken to a private room. They brought a clean blanket in to make the experience more comfortable for my anxious fur baby Halo. Both Naomi and Dr.Selis were empathetic and patient while doing Halo’s wellness check to ensure they weren’t further stressing her out. My concerns were heard by both the vet tech and the doctor and they took the time to explain the medication’s I was provided as well as giving me additional useful information. Overall clean location and very friendly, caring staff. Would definitely recommend.

Just had an excellent experience at Petfolk Urgent Care, we took our cat Molly to be seen for behavioral issues due to bringing our newborn home, we were seen by Dr. Lemon, she gave us amazing advice and started Molly on therapy to calm her down. We were taken care of by Naomi, great nurse, very patient and kind, also Becca came in and helped us. Definitely recommend this place for your pet!! We will be back in two weeks!

I couldn’t rate this place any higher! They have an amazing facility, on top of that the staff seem to actually care about your pet which I have had a hard time finding recently at different clinics. We were out of town for the weekend and They took us in on a Sunday last minute when my service dog was having eye problems and squinting and they made us and him feel so comfortable. They told us we would be in and out in 30 minutes, it took about an hour but we didn’t mind at all and everyone was so sweet. They even apologized that it took so long when to me that part didn’t even matter because they were so kind and patient with us and our baby. I will always recommend them 100% my only complaint is that I wish there was one close to my house!

Petfolk was the first vet’s office that felt like they truly CARED!! We were 15 minutes early for our appointment and were seen right away. The office is so clean and nice. Our nurse Naomi and Dr. Solis actually listened to our concerns, spoke with us for over an hour about our treatment options, gave us really helpful tips and advice, and didn’t run any unnecessary tests. They explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions. Best of all, our dog felt truly comfortable in the environment, and they were so friendly towards him. They were gentle and respected his boundaries, while still caring for him and giving him love. Absolutely fantastic!!

Great experience! We loved working with Naomi and she broke down and explained everything so simple. Our dog Lady felt safe and loved the staff here. I recommend this place because it’s not like any other vet, this place is up to date, welcoming environment and doesn’t feel like a prison. This is the most thorough a vet has been with me and my babygirl! I cannot say enough good things about how welcoming, patient, detail oriented, and helpful with health literacy regarding my babygirl the staff were. My pup was the most calm she has ever been at a vet and they cared for her as if she were their own. Very pleased with the service and overall experience. Thank you guys for making a comforting and safe space not only for the fur babies but the parents too! You all care and it shows!☺️

We recently visited Pet Folk at Windermere with our cat Autumn, and we couldn't be happier with the experience we had!

From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The staff took the time to thoroughly examine Autumn and patiently answered all our questions, putting us at ease and making sure we had the best care for our fur baby!

The care and compassion they showed for our furry family member were wonderful! The clinic was clean, well-organized, and had a calming atmosphere, which made the visit even more pleasant. Took my cat Burrito there to be looked at for fleas. They were the nicest and most educated people I’ve seen at a vet clinic in this area. Naomi and Dr Solis were the best at making my cat feel at ease as well as keep me informed on the best options for us. The office was so clean and beautiful. Will definitely be going back!
