The best vet clinic we’ve been to! The staff are always so kind! We took both of our cats there. My sweet Cece developed some sort of allergy & would not stop scratching her face 🙁 They worked with us for months and were willing to exhaust all options to see if anything would help with her scratching. When we had to euthanize her, they were so caring and compassionate throughout the experience. Made such a hard time a bit easier ? A short while after, we got a letter in the mail & they included her paw print on it! ? Overall, such an amazing place with wonderful staff! Absolutely recommend this vet clinic.

Our vet of many years retired. One of our dogs was in need of an urgent assessment and surgery to remove a fatty tumor that recently became inflamed. The staff that had never met us were so accommodating in getting us an appointment. We met Dr. Kaylee Robinson and she was so nice and caring. She quickly scheduled the surgery and our dog is on the mend. We will be returning to this clinic for all our veterinary needs.

Don’t even bother looking for a different vet just called these guys. It’s worth the drive if you have to make a drive.

Update: my dog had a mast cell it was pretty big on her backside. These guys were awesome they took good care of my dog. It was a pretty detailed surgery they gave me a fair price. The surgeon was very detailed and explaining everything at the end she was very to the point repeated things to make sure that we got it. Love this vet! ? you guys are awesome.

A couple of months ago I brought my toy poodle in. (Shes 11 and has been coming here for 11 years we are not new patients) She was having issues with Incontinence. Dr. Schirding told me I wasn't taking my dog out enough and that's why she was peeing herself. Which is incredibly rude to assume. And the attitude she gave me over it was unprofessional. (At the same time my dog had a growth in her anal gland and Schirding told me it had nothing to do with her peeing herself) A month after this appointment my dog is puking black puke. I took her to a different vet. And THANK GOD I did! Turns out her growth was a tumor that immediately had to be removed. It was so big she couldn't use the bathroom because of this. She was puking black as a way for her body to get rid of waste since she was having a hard time getting all her urine and poop out. My dog could have died if I would have went along with Schirding and not gotten a second opinion. I have come here my entire life as my family has. I'm really disappointed and will never come back or ever recommend this place and especially NEVER recommend Schirding.

This was my first time as one of their patients. My vet had retired and my dogs Biscuit had a growth in her mouth that had grown quickly and needed to be seen. I knew what I was looking at and they agreed. They really help my daughter and I though a tough time and decision. Loving and caring vets in a trying time

Only giving a three star because the Doctors are amazing but the vet technicians lack doing their jobs right… yesterday my dog had a surgery appointment scheduled for a simple spay and microchip to be done.. well something told me to have them run blood work (my dog is only 10 months old) I dropped her off at 720am and was told I would get a call with an update and when I could pick her back up.. I waited ALL DAY up until 430pm still no one had called so I called them and Dr. Brian came to the phone very sweet and apologized that his vet technician (that had already left for the day) was supposed to call me earlier that morning after they received the bloodwork results because they could not do the surgery because of what the test came back.. to say I am very upset because I WAITED FOR A CALL and never got one.. my animals are my children not just pets so for no one to call me with an update was very unprofessional. The ladies that were there when I arrived to finally pick up my baby at 550pm (I live in Springfield so had a long drive) were so sweet and kept apologizing for no one calling. They hadn’t realized no one had called me.. i understand they are all sorry but I would just like to know who exactly was the person that was supposed to call me and why they didn’t.?

We had to get our Guinea pig Josh put down here but they went absolutely above & beyond. They gave us his ink paw prints along with a stone of his paw prints which has truly made the grieving process so much easier. I couldn’t recommend them more.

I have a bearded dragon with a small mass on her eye and the doctor they had taking care of her was so gentle and you could tell she just loved her animals. I love being able to know that I have someone to rely on incase my beardie ever has an issue.
