Took both my puppies to get fixed, plus have a few other things done. The staff was all great very friendly and informative. Didn't try to push things on you to have done that my pets didn't need. The care and compassion they showed to my pets was great.

We are new to the area and we are so happy to have the Pet Vet nearby. We had our female pom spade and they did such a great job. She is coming around this morning and all is looking good. I could not imagine the things these people go through on a daily basis and yet so nice to us when we come in. Thank you all so much! Bringing in baby #2 soon. Have a great day!

Vet visit today for shots for my puppy and was very unhappy about the whole experience! Veterinarian didn’t know my dog was a female and the whole exam was him asking me if my dog was having any problems when I said No he basically showed me the door! He was very unkind and I won’t be back! I had a list of questions about her and wasn’t able to get answers. Additionally he didn’t look in her ears or listen to her heart, he didn’t check in her mouth since she’s teething, don’t they usually do this at a first time visit Didn’t like his demeanor at all! I’m new to the area and this was my first visit there I may have to go back to Jacksonville where they have caring Veterinary Services!

I am pleased to say after a stressful first visit Apollo was well taken care of by office manager who met my every need with my cat Apollo he's now doing so much better and is a very happy camper thank you pet vet clinic so much you guys are awesome will recommend future visits.

took my kitten to be spayed and the front desk recommended a recovery suit for $35 instead of the cone. when i picked her up they said it was on her already but it wasn't and when i saw it at home it was probably triple her size. the paperwork it came with said they carry up to a 7 extra small which is closer to the size she needed but when i called they said the smallest they had was the one i got and that I should try to pin it with safety pins. not only is it dangerous for a cat to be wearing something that doesn't fit them, she could have gotten stuck or choked trying to crawl out of it, but now i should add something sharp in as well. they said if i wanted a credit for it (they wouldn't offer a refund) i had to drive the 45 minutes back to return the suit. super disappointing considering she's 4 months and not the smallest kitten that could be brought in to be spayed. why offer services for kittens if you don't have the resources for them and why sell me something that you can clearly see doesn't suit my pet? i ended up having to spend an extra $50 on a suit that would actually fit her. the surgery went fine i'm sure but this suit thing was super disappointing.

I would NOT recommend this place to even my worst enemy! The “Vet” has the worst demeanor and seems to be very unknowledgeable about animals! He prescribed the wrong medication for my dog which resulted in her getting extremely worse to the point where I had to have her put down! I was basically poisoning my dog because the “vet” said it would help! When I called a day or two after the visit to share my concerns of her declining he said “just keep giving her the meds, it takes time!” At that point I took her to Newberry Animal Hospital where the staff and vet was just as concerned as I was! Newberry vet then informed me they don’t usually prescribe that type of medication to smaller dogs which was the cause of her decline! It was too late the damage was already done!
RIP my baby girl! You didn’t deserve this!
DO NOT USE THIS VET IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS!

I messaged them late on a Saturday night trying to get my puppy in because he’s not acting right, coughing, and not eating! They answered right away and talked me through everything!!! My tut is now eating ❤️ They also made me an appointment first thing Tuesday morning!! They definitely calmed my anxiety and helped me make my baby feel better!
