Updated review: My partner went in for an examination of pet. On phone they said 50 for a consultation but in person they tried to charge MUCH MUCH more than that. Very deceptive!

I spoke with Amy on the phone at 335 pm today about my cat and she was very nice and very helpful, definitely will be visiting !

The staff is wonderful! Dr. Grabowski is an amazing, caring, knowledgeable Veterinarian. She was my Vet at another clinic. When she left that clinic, I took great strides to find where she practiced and am overjoyed I finally did! I highly recommend this clinic, it's staff and Dr. "G"! Your pet is in great hands here!

About the best veterinarian I have found!

A clean place, a staff who cares more about my animal than they do about my purse.

My family and I have taken care of a large number of animals as well as my own personal home pets. I've been, at one point or another, to most of the veterinarians in the area. Many of us pet owners, talk on various bulletin boards and pretty much know what's going on with most of the veterinarians. We also have an idea of where not to go. And you can believe we know where to go when it really matters, which is all the time isn't it?

My bottom line is simple. Needing competency is more than a basic assumption, you should make. You're leaving sometimes the most valuable member of your household in the hands of a stranger and to me, they are just like my children. I never took my kids anything but the best doctors I could find whether they charged a lot or a little they had to be the best.

I think most of us know by now that the most expensive place sometimes it's the least qualified place to go go to for your health. It's the same for my furry family. They are no different than my children to me. Deerfield Pet Vet has become endeared to me through not just top-notch veterinarians like Dr. Grabowski but because the whole staff actually cares about the animal more than just some advertisement might say. These animals matter to them as well as us as the owners.

Yes, I meant exactly what I just said

They will do what it takes to make them comfortable as well as treat them with top-notch medical competency. Most of us know some veterinarian clinics are strictly money machines and it feels sometimes like they have their script down before they even see your pet. As well as what might be wrong with them and how much is going to cost. That's a bold statement but in my time nearly 300 animals went through my family's hands finding homes or they were my own.

Just like for my family I can tell when a doctor cares about what they do as well as stays up on the latest medical information. For my most fragile little family members, my furry friends, Deerfield Pet Vet and Dr. Grabowski are one of the few places where when I walk out of there I don't have to worry about what's happening because if I was medically competent excellent veterinarian, I couldn't do anything better for my what's going to be done at this clinic for my pets.

I totally mean what I'm saying when I walk out of there I know automatically I've done the best possible thing I can for my pets.

None of this is coerced. This is all my legitimate experience with the animals that have come through my care, my family animals, and the multitude of veterinarians I have seen around here in my time.

Dr. Singer is compassionate and professional. The staff is absolutely incredible and all are extremely considerate. They give thorough attention to your fur baby. Always take their time in addressing every concern and answering any questions.

The entire staff was so kind and supportive during the loss of my cat, Smokey. We were consulted every step of the way and given time to make every decision. They also sent a beautiful sympathy card after Smokey was gone. I highly recommend them.
