i have been coming here for years to have my goldendoodle groomed. Heather has always done a great job, and so has Yvette. I don't like to see all the negative reviews.. not sure how that happened. But, I've always received great service!

This experience has been a complete NIGHTMARE. Made the mistake of bringing my pup here twice. BOTH times my poor pup was nicked on his private area which is completely unacceptable. The groomers displayed little to no experience, and their handling of my puppy was nothing short of careless.

When I brought up my concerns, they reacted defensively and offensively instead of taking responsibility for their poor work. Their dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism were shocking.

They showed a blatant disregard for my puppy’s needs, handling him with a disturbing level of carelessness. This is not just a lack of experience; it's a complete failure to provide even the most basic level of care and attention that any pet deserves.

I strongly advise against taking your pets here. Their lack of skill, poor customer service, and overall incompetence pose a serious risk to any animal in their care. Avoid this place if you value your pet’s safety and well being ‼️

Stopped in for some fish, and they no longer have like animals, only crickets and worms. Otherwise, the store had a great selection of pet supplies and full service dog grooming and washing. Staff was friendly.

I discovered pet supplies plus when I was visiting the salon next door. Started shopping there about 1.5 y ago and had excellent customer service and suggestions being a relatively new pet owner. Their in house store brand food was great for my pup with allergy. Then I found their grooming section and started taking my pup for grooming and very happy overall.

This review is long overdue. I’ve taken our maltipoo here four times for nail trimming. I was very hesitant the first time because he was rejected before by a popular pet store after I warned them that he could be aggressive. But the groomers here took him in and have been handling him in a very skillful way. We saw a different groomer each time, but they are all very good at what they do and very friendly unlike the other pet store.

Stay clear of this place for grooming. Whatever grooming rate is on their booking site is different than what you will be asked to pay. Unfortunately, after going back and forth with the groomer she wouldn’t acknowledge their error that I had selected the right measurements and breed for the price online and the store manager/owner made things even worse. He even added that I had pissed the groomer off after I tried to alleviate the tension. Needless to say, I will never shop here again.
