This store has everything I need for my furry family members and it offers the best point system that earn you coupons. The store offers great discounts on food, grooming, supplies and much more to regular members. The new manager, Silvia, in the grooming department seems to be very rude. Apparently, she states who was there before had all the prices wrong and pets breeds information wrong. If she was so rude and full or herself and talked to me kindly. I'm sure I could have been more understanding but when she comes out saying " I'm the new manager, and im fixing everything that was wrong including the dog breeds." Isn't right. I'll be going to another location to prevent encountering her big headedness. So sad because I loved the employees that work here.

I was part of an Adoption event here with Ruby Whiskers Rescue. The front of the store is Perfect for such a thing along with time outside with the picnic table & chairs by the potty grass!
Things went really well and hope to be there again with Adoptables soon!!?

I brought my dog here for the self wash station… 5 minutes into his shower the water turned EXTREMELY COLD and NEVER warmed back up. Water was so cold my own hands were cramping… i asked the worker about it and she said there is nothing they can do since their water heater is on a “timer”… PET SUPPLIES IF YOU ARE GOING TO CHARGE $40 TO USE THE SELF WASH STATION MAKE SURE YOU HAVE RUNNING WARM WATER!!

Pretty terrible customer service from manager named Linda. After team member assisting tried scanning my mailer coupon a few times she asked for assistance from another team member and Linda. They both told her the coupon had already been used which I explained I hadn’t and had just ripped off the mailer in front of the team member. They said there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with a manager which Linda said she was and said there was nothing she could do. I asked if I could get a customer service number to find out why I received a “used” coupon and she said I could Google it. Pretty poor training and terrible service. First time I ever experienced such a blatant disregard for service even though I’ve been shopping here for years.

My first and last time coming here.
Over 2-3/4 hours to pull one bag of dog food and still waiting. This is their highly touted "1 hour curbside pickup" Store is not even crowded.
Went in and offered to go grab it myself and was told I can't.
This is not on the employees. They are pleasant and doing their best. This is poor management.
Save yourself a lot of aggravation and go to Petco down the street where 1 hour actually means 1 hour.
