I go to place for pet supplies. Extensive choices in dog foods. Great selection of accessories and toys for dogs too. The bathing facility is the best especially with the built-in dryers love it. Our standard poodle loves it too.

This is my 2nd time having my toy breed fur babies groomed here. Joey is an excellent & professional groomer, my girls haircuts were exactly as I requested! Joey is personable & down to earth! I highly recommend Joey as a groomer! The store team is excellent & helpful as well for all of your Pet Supply needs. Thank you Joey & the entire staff for 5 star service with a smile!

Gave Moki a shampoo & blow dry!! What a great set up...appreciate the warm water sprayer, cool air dryer and towels provided!! Grabbed a great deal on Chewy & Stella freeze dried food for her too

Showed up ~5:30 on a Sunday (when they close at 6) and was told the self bathing station was closed. Apparently they close that one hour early (which I understand they may need to do for a variety of reasons, but if that is the case they should put this information on the dog washing section of their site).

The employee at the register was kind and helpful so at least there was that.

I really hate knocking down a new business, especially in parrish as we need them. I'm giving a 2 because they have a rewards program that I signed up for, and the place is brand new and clean.

I'm only giving a 2 because shelves were labeled incorrectly or items were placed in incorrect spots. I picked up a plastic spike ball in the 89-cent labeled bin. The sticker also said spiked ball. At the register, the same ball came up $8.90. When I questioned it, another girl came over. I said I could show you where they are located as there are more of the same item in that spot. I showed her, and she said oh someone must have put them there.. she offered to take them off my receipt. She didn't honor the unlabeled incorrect item.

We bought a few toys ... Mind you, we bought them today. Our dogs broke them in a short time frame . My husband went back to show them the unsafe toys as they legit played with them for less than 15 minutes total, and choking hazards existed. They told us that they couldn't return these items or exchange them. My husband was told, "If we can't put it back on our shelves, then we can't return them." Be cautious shopping and buying toys. Our 14 month old and 6 month old puppies could have been at safety risks with these toys had we not been home.

Update: Our "power chewers" never have problems with toys at leo and Lucky's.... Please also feel free to follow other reviews and responses. You will see a common theme of the customer is always wrong, and this business is always right.

UPDATE BELOW: I always bring my pups here to pick out treats and toys. It’s always clean inside for the most part and the staff is friendly.

UPDATE 12/14/24: I can’t stand this store anymore. The workers are so weird. The past few times we’ve shopped here have not been good experiences, so especially after today I’m just done shopping here (not that anyone cares, but.. lol.) When we walked in, the workers were all standing around the front and just stared and stared and STARED. I walked down an aisle with my dog and the 2 male workers were so obviously talking about us.. Then one of them comes into the same aisle, so I left and went into a different aisle. Then he follows us into that aisle and my dog was barking, yet he comes and stands right next to us and literally just stood there not moving staring down at my dog while having the strangest look on his face. He’s a younger guy who wears glasses. He literally stood there, wouldn’t move, and continued staring at us. I literally couldn’t comprehend what the f he was doing with his weird body language. Strangest thing ever. It’s already uncomfortable in that store in general because no other customers are ever in there I swear and then you get bombarded by every worker asking if you need help (just not this time.)

They charged us $112.00 and when we picked up our Keeshond he looked like all he had was a bath. The nails didn't look they were cut. I called to complain, but didn't get anywhere. If they were a reputable place they would have offered to redo him or give us our money back. Hard Lesson learned

We went to get fish for my granddaughter and ended up with 2 tank kits!! 1 for fish and 1 for our new family member!! Its a Fancy Leopard Gecko !! The lady we talked to (Kim) was very knowlegable, patient, answered and explained all our questions, friendly and very professional !! I would recommend people needing pet supplies, food, tanks, everything you can think of !! We will certainly return to this store !!
