I recently had the unfortunate experience of speaking to the manager Eric regarding an issue I was facing. From the outset, I found the manager to be unprofessional and unhelpful. Their tone was dismissive, and they seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns.

Instead of providing solutions, the manager interrupted me frequently and did not listen to my explanation of the issue. This left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I expected a higher standard of service, especially from a management level.

I hope the company takes this feedback seriously, as customer service is crucial to building trust and loyalty. I would recommend training for their management team to improve their communication and problem-solving skills.

Response To Owner 11-6-24: Clearly this is not being taken seriously by the owners. Why would I call back the store just to be disrespected again by the useless management ? PetSmart and Chewy will gladly take my business

Was looking for a small size bag of Redford limited ingredient lamb any size dog. The manager told me that they only make the big bag. I told them the food goes bad before my 35 lbs dog goes through it. He claimed that it should easily last 6 weeks if stored in an air tight container. Well here we are at 5 weeks of it being stored in the original bag then put in an air tight dog food bin from chewy and it looks like someone dumped a cup of greasy in the bag and the food is dark and wet looking. Call the number on the bag and they say stores a franchise so I have to go in. Go in and they say no they only guarantee the food for 30 days and it has to be half the bag left. Well I now feel swindled. Why did the manager tell me a month ago that it would last 6 weeks and then today tell me it’s only guaranteed for 30 days? The large bag advertises food portions for a 15 lbs dog on the back but there’s no way a 15lbs dog is going through that bag in 30 days so either fix your marketing or fix your guarantee or make a smaller bag because you’ve lost me as a customer and I’m sure I’m not the only one

I went to take a bag of premium dog food back that made my dog real sick the manager would not give me my cash back. My dog is now on prescription medicine for the rest of his life. After buying. all my 3 dogs food and treats there. I've also been going there forever. No more!!!! Bad manager

Love it here. I buy all my crickets and meal worms here! Super cheap as well and great selection! The young man who helped with the crickets and meal worms was so very helpful. And the polite lady at the cash register was so kind and lovely too. I wish I would have asked for their names. They were wonderful! Great and friendly staff !

I already shop here regularly. The people are very knowledgeable, especially Erich. I’m also doing this to compliment them on their upgrade to the dog wash room. The touches aren’t that big but they really help. The ramp to get in and the door that can be closed behind make it easier on my dogs. The elevated pad means my dog doesn’t stand in water. The heated water is the right temperature. That on top of the free towels and shampoo and the Dirty Dog program means I’m going back when my dog needs a bath.
