The self-service dog grooming area is perfect to bathe my two springers. They provide towels, have the right temperature water. It is always clean and well maintained.

I took my poodle to get groomed , I dealt with unprofessional groomers at this location. They left her with cuts , charged an excessive amount and double fees?! I will never come back here. Warning to everyone before you take your dog to be groomed here ! Super unprofessionals

I took my dog to get groomed here and she came back knicked a whole bunch, they didn’t cut her nails. There excuse was that she didn’t let her nails get cut but that’s all apart of the grooming package. There job is to get everything done that’s literally what we payed for and they over charged us with the dematting fee. I do not recommend this spot to get your dog groomed they overcharge and don't even finish there job right i almost payed $100 for this overpriced terrible job.

Great service, good prices, clean store. They have self service grooming or professional groomer service available. Some pet are sold here as well--Fish, Reptiles, and Rodents kept in clean environments. Live Crickets at good discounted price for 100+ compared to other retailers. Can't say enough about how courteous and helpful the staff is, they go out of their way to please the customer, call ahead if you need and they will get your order ready, even load it in your car. Pretty much everything under the sun you could want too met your animal childs needs.🙃

Extremely clean, very Friendly Staff and most of all very helpful. There is one staff member that I can not remember her name but she has a great personality, very knowledgeable and cheerful. The only thing even after giving a 5 star. They do not always have the food I feed my Fur and Feathered kids. So I have to go to another Pet Supplies Plus or sometimes let the Young Lady if she is working when I go and she will tell me when it may be back in store in stock. I wish I could remember he name. She has beautiful eyes and beautiful tats, very tasteful. I will have to embed her name in my brain next time I go.

Decent prices. Super super friendly staff. Will be back for sure. Not as big as some competitors but the staff here are clearly more knowledgeable than Petco. These are real pet people .
