I was at the dog groomer last week, it was my second time and my last, they called me to pick up my dog ​​Droopy, I told them to cut his hair short along the side and they didn't cut the hair on his tail, it's ridiculous, I paid $80 plus tip, I called the store and they told me that the groomer had already closed, that they were going to leave a note and that they would contact me and what do you think? I'm still waiting for a call from the dog groomer, they cut the hair under my dog ​​Droopy's tail so badly that now my dog ​​has an infection and I have to be treating him, I will never return to that store or buy dog ​​food.

I love this store so much and now love it even more because of the kindness of the staff, especially Joseph. I lost one of my favorite earrings there two days ago, and Joseph went above and beyond to help me find it. When we didn’t find it, he expressed a level of empathy that warmed my heart, took my number and vowed to continue the hunt. Today, I got a call that he found it! I am so grateful, and thank God for the warmth and regard Joseph and the other team members extended to me. Y’all rock!

I get my dog, Emma, groomed monthly here. This is a huge deal because she is super skittish and most places reject her because she won’t cooperate (because she’s scared). This is the only place that she feels comfortable enough to get groomed! Our groomer, Nikki, does a FANTASTIC job each and every time. She is super gentle, loving, sweet, and knowledgeable. She does such a great job with Emma! I could not recommend her more!

This location is always super clean and their the associates are super friendly and eager to help! Their treat variety is awesome for dogs with any dietary restrictions and allergies.

the place was neat and organized as i was going through it. items were back in stock rather quickly after having near empty shelves right before christmas. the team was wonderful to talk to and each was decently knowledgeable about certain types of animals, which is outstanding considering what i hear they get paid lol

I really do like this store! We just started going here for Sunshine's grooming since Barks & Bubbles started closing on Saturday. Kristen did a wonderful job on Sunshine and everything didn't cost extra! Sunshine got her ears and tail with purple spray.

Was in the store tonight and due to being a loyal, frequent customer, I had a free wash for my dog. It was 8:10, we have washed our dog in there numerous times this time. He informed me it was closed (a lady had just walked out from washing 2 dogs) and when I informed him my husband has already started washing to dog, he got so pissed. He wasn’t going to even give me a towel to dry my dog. There were no signs stating they had started closing it early anywhere around the store or on the door. The cashiers name was Blake, he was so very rude.

With work getting more busy and not being able to keep up with my Great Pyrenees coat as much as I would like, I decided to try and see how the newer grooming salon was. Emily was my groomer. Very friendly, upfront on if any issues had arose, how my boys temperament was during his process! Overall an amazing experience and will be utilizing it again!

I go here often to get my picky cats their quality food and other comforts. Their prices are competitive, the store is clean and organized and the staff are very helpful and efficient. They don't have frequent staff turnovers and they recognize me, which is always appreciated.
